Poleepo Onboarding: Introduction
This guide will show users the flow to best use the Poleepo platform .
With Poleepo, you can unify your catalog and manage your product list, publications, and their internal and multi-supplier inventory automatically and always up-to-date.
The catalog creation phase is very important to fully utilize the platform's potential. To facilitate all online sales operations, Poleepo requires a unified catalog for all your sales channels, so you have a single product page to publish, edit, and add/remove inventory from.
It's important to note, however, that each case will have a different starting point, and the platform's usage needs may differ for each user.
The purpose of this guide is to make it easier for users who are approaching the platform for the first time.
1. LET'S START
After submitting your information to Poleepo via the website, you will be provided with the credentials to access the platform.
At this point, a wizard will launch to help you set up your store, your first sales channels, and your first courier so you can start managing orders from the various channels.
To give you a better experience during the initial setup, Poleepo will ask you to indicate which technology you use for your e-commerce, which marketplaces you sell on, and which courier you use.
You can also choose to configure your sales channels, categories, and the order and courier sections later, once you're logged into the platform.
The Poleepo home screen will open, which will redirect by default to the Performance page where you can view the progress of your activities on the platform.
At the top right you will see your notifications, you will be able to manage your store(s) configured on the platform and through the settings you will be able to manage Subscriptions , PoleeCoin , billing data, notification management, order and shipping management settings and LDV automatic operations .
Using the drop-down menu on the left, you can manage the following sections of the platform:
the Performance section ;
the orders section
the shipping section ;
the products section ;
The catalogues (personal data and publications);
the box ;
your customers
the configurations available on Poleepo ( sales channels , couriers , and much more)

2. CHECK YOUR STORE INFORMATION AND SET UP YOUR FIRST SALES CHANNELS
Now you have an overview of the home screen and the main sections you can manage on Poleepo, you can start using the platform!
a) Check your store information
The first thing we at Poleepo recommend is to check the accuracy of your store data entered in the wizard via the path: Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels > Store
The data entered into your store will be used by Poleepo to manage your business information, global category management, global channel behavior (shipping times and prices) , and your store's addresses for courier pickup management. For more information, read the article.
b) Configure your preferred sales channels
The second step to using Poleepo is to configure your sales channels, by going to: Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels, and clicking on the chosen sales channel. In this section, if you haven't already done so in the initial wizard, you can configure your first sales channel or continue configuring the other channels you sell through.
In this section, you can choose to configure the available sales channels, including marketplaces, e-commerce sites, comparison sites, and social media, depending on your needs.
Each configuration on Poleepo will require specific data depending on the channel chosen.
We refer you to the articles that explain the procedures for configuring each individual sales channel on Poleepo: CONFIGURATION OF SALES CHANNELS
c) Manage your e-commerce categories
Before importing your products to Poleepo, you'll need to properly manage the categories they fall into.
You can manage your site's categories when setting up your sales channels.
To create new categories on Poleepo, to associate with different sales channels, you'll need to go to the "categories" section. We invite you to read this specific article:
In this section, you can manage your categories on Poleepo in a personalized way, creating, moving, deleting, and automatically importing them from your e-commerce site (so they'll already be associated with it) or via CSV files.
Once you've created your category tree on Poleepo, you can associate it with all the sales channels you manage on Poleepo.
d) Import and manage your products on Poleepo
Once you've matched your Poleepo categories with your sales channel categories, you can start importing your products to the platform.
If you have products already published on platforms such as Ebay, Shopify, Prestashop or Woocommerce, you can import the products into Poleepo directly from the configuration by pressing the "import products" button so that Poleepo can start managing them.
3. SET UP YOUR COURIERS
At this point, before publishing your products on the various sales channels, it's a good idea to configure one or more couriers (if you haven't already done so in the wizard) so you can manage any orders from them on Poleepo. You can configure your couriers by following the menu path > configurations > integrations > couriers.
Each configuration on Poleepo will require specific data depending on the chosen courier.
We refer you to the articles that explain the procedures for configuring each individual courier on Poleepo: COURIER CONFIGURATION
4. START MANAGING PRODUCTS, ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Now that you've configured your preferred sales channels, imported your catalog, and configured your carriers, you're ready to use Poleepo to manage and publish your products on the various channels, manage orders from them, and create your shipments !
You can manage your product records and publications manually by entering product details, in bulk by uploading a CSV file , or via API.
You can create and configure pricing and discount rules for your Poleepo products across sales channels.
You can manage your product supplies by separating quantities and purchase prices for each supplier. For example, if you have products listed on Poleepo and these products are available from multiple suppliers, you'll need to match the appropriate quantities for each supplier. You can also differentiate purchase prices so Poleepo can calculate your sales markup and profit margin.
You can use the integrated supplier catalog to choose the products you want to sell. If you choose an integrated supplier on Poleepo (click here to view the list of integrated suppliers), your orders will be sent directly from the platform to the supplier, and Poleepo will simplify shipping management.
You can manage your orders individually or in bulk, changing their status , creating waybills with your preferred couriers, and automatically generating invoices .
You will be able to view your shipments in the shipment list , view the shipment print report and the list of booked collections .
You can also select multiple shipments and perform bulk actions on them such as confirming shipment, downloading labels or summarizing them.
