On Poleepo, you can create and manage your suppliers and associate them with your products. This allows you to separate quantities and purchase prices for each supplier. For example, if you have products listed on Poleepo and these products are available from multiple suppliers, you'll need to associate the appropriate quantities for each supplier. You can also differentiate purchase prices so Poleepo can calculate your sales markup and profit margin.
On Poleepo it is possible to manage 3 types of suppliers
1 - Simple Supplier
2 - Dropshipping Supplier
3 - External Logistics
How to create a new supplier on Poleepo
Simple Supplier
If you need to create a Simple supplier.
Access the section dedicated to suppliers from the following path:
Menu > Suppliers > New Supplier.
Enter your supplier's name
Enter the Minimum Days to Supply and Maximum Days to Supply in the respective fields.
Enter the GPSR manager's information, such as name, email address, telephone number, and other information about the manager.
Click on the “Create” button
Dropshipping Supplier
If you need to create a dropshipping supplier, follow the same steps listed above and enable the "dropshipping supplier" flag.
Then add
Dropshipping supplier address (When creating shipments for orders of products associated with Dropshipping suppliers, Poleepo will use these values for the pickup address)
the email
the phone
the postal code, the city, the province and the country
Opening and closing times (morning and afternoon)
the time of availability of the goods
suggested pickup time
additional instructions for collection
Finally click on "create".
External Logistics
When creating a supplier, you can also indicate whether it is an external logistics provider by enabling the "external logistics" switch.
