View the list of shipments

To view and manage your shipments on Poleepo, follow the path: Menu > Shipments.


In this section you can view and manage shipments created for orders from various channels.

Search Functions

  1. Using the smart search you can search for your shipment by order, customer, address, tracking code or parcel tag

  2. You can search for your shipments by courier used

  3. you can search for shipments according to their status

  4. for collection address

  5. by creation date

  6. by last updated date

  7. by shipping date

  8. by shipping weight

  9. for sales channels

  10. by collection date

  11. For order status, the legend for the various order statuses is shown below:

  • Waiting for customer confirmation / Waiting for seller confirmation

  • Payment accepted

  • Ready for shipment

  • Waiting for payment

  • in progress / Preparation in progress

  • Acquired by logistics / problematic by logistics / completed by logistics / in progress by logistics

  • Entrusted to the courier

  • Payment Error / Cancellation Rejected / Cancellation Request / Cancelled by Customer

  • Shipped / Shipped awaiting cash on delivery / Partially shipped awaiting cash on delivery

  • Cancelled / Refunded / Trashed

  • Complete / Shipped

  • Order with problem

Once you have filtered your shipment according to the chosen search criteria, click on " search ".

Click " reset " instead if you want to reset the default options.

Custom shipping filters

You can also create and save custom filters on shipments to make them easier to find by clicking on the +Save Filter option at the bottom .

Once you've saved the filter you just created, you can also rename it, delete it, or set it as the default (this way, when you reload the page, the initial search will start from it and not from the Default filter).

The information displayed on the main list screen is as follows:

  • Courier. The courier with which the shipment was created.

  • Poleepo Code. Shipping reference code on Poleepo.

  • Tracking Code. Shipment tracking code, available only after creating and confirming the shipment.

  • Pickup address. Address where the goods are available.

  • Delivery address. Details and address to which the goods will be delivered.

  • Creation Date. Shipment creation date .

  • Shipping date. The date the goods were handed over to the courier.

  • Delivery date. Date on which the goods were delivered.

  • Orders Reference order number on Poleepo with the relevant originating channel

  • Shipment status (the legend for the various shipment statuses is shown below)

    • To prepare

    • ready

    • waiting for the label

    • created for download

    • created to be confirmed

    • created and confirmed

    • shipped

    • delivered

    • storage hold

Shipment status is displayed in different colors. In the status column, you can also confirm each shipment individually or download the corresponding label if previously created.

To view the details of a single shipment, simply click on the " Poleepo Code" button . For more information, follow the SHIPMENT DETAILS guide.

Massive operations on shipments

By selecting a series of shipments, via the menu at the top right, it will be possible to carry out some massive operations on them.

Specifically:

  • Download labels. This will allow you to download labels from multiple selected orders in a single PDF.

  • Summary. This will allow you to obtain a summary of the items selected for delivery to the courier.

  • Pick List. This will allow you to create a shipping list with more detailed information about the order and its location in the warehouse.

  • Confirm selected. Allows you to confirm bulk selected shipments.

  • Set as shipped. Allows you to set the status to "shipped" on a shipment created with the "OTHER" courier. For shipments created with Poleepo's integrated couriers, this will happen automatically when you set the order status to "shipped."
