Creating shipments with the “buy Amazon shipping” service
With Amazon's Buy Shipping service, you can purchase shipping labels for your orders directly from Amazon. Through this service, you can ensure that your products are delivered to customers using Amazon's reliable network of shipping partners.
If you haven't already done so, you will need to activate the shipping purchase service directly on your Amazon account and provide the requested data. You will also have to go to this page: https://sellercentral.amazon.it/orders-st/terms-and-conditions and accept all the terms and conditions for the couriers you want to use for shipments managed by Amazon.
Enable buy Amazon shipping
Follow the path: Menu > configuration > Sales channels > Amazon.
Activate the switch and configure your shipping purchase request. You will need to indicate the following preferences:
Whether to enable Amazon shipments for "All orders" coming from the Amazon channel or only for "Prime" orders .
The type of default confirmation that you would like to obtain from the courier that Amazon will offer you for shipping your package. (We recommend selecting “Confirmation delivery without signature”)
If the courier has to collect the package . (Service available in USA and UK countries. For shipments to Italy, we recommend leaving this switch deactivated
)
Buy Amazon Shipping
It will be possible to purchase Amazon shipping by entering the details of an order , like a normal shipment.
In the " Shipping " section, move to the "Ship with AMAZON ITALIA" tab .
Remember that each shipment will consist of only one package and no further ones can be added.
If there are multiple products in the order which will force you to create multiple packages, you will be able to purchase multiple shipments.
Enter the requested data:
Weight – Indicate the weight of your package ( Required )
Shipping experience – Select one of the confirmations you would like to obtain from the courier ( For shipments to Italy, we recommend setting “Confirmation delivery without signature” )
Width Height Depth – Indicate the dimensions of your package ( Required )
Collection – Specific collection service for USA and UK ( For shipments to Italy, we recommend leaving this switch deactivated )
Select the products to include in the shipment – Indicate which products you want to ship with this shipment. Remember that you are purchasing only one package.
Click on the " Update available services " button. A number of services* (couriers) that may deliver your package will appear.
Collection times and cost
You will be able to view the following information relating to the services available
Shipping date – The courier will come to collect the package by the indicated date
Delivery date – The shipment will be delivered by the indicated date
Cost – The cost of the service
Select a service* and click on the “Buy your shipment” button.
Print label
Poleepo will communicate your choice to Amazon who will send us the label to put on your package. Print the label.
View your shipments
Once the label has been printed, you will be able to view the shipment by following the path “Menu > Shipments > Your shipments” . You can click on the shipment number to view the details of the shipment created. For more information go to the Shipping List guide
Deletion of the shipment
You can delete the Amazon shipment from the platform by entering the shipment details and clicking on the " Delete " button.
Attention! Please consult Amazon's rules for when to delete a shipment.
*For shipments to Italy, Amazon Italy only offers the TNT service.
