Creating Shipments with FedEx
To create and manage shipments with FedEx or print waybills, reach the “Orders” page by following the path:
Menu > Orders
Select your order to ship
Select the order to be shipped by clicking on the order number in the first column "Reference"
FedEx courier selection and shipment preparation
In the "shipping" box select the FedEx courier
Indicate the recipient's country (Italy or Europe)
Based on the country chosen, indicate the shipping service you intend to use
Choose the label print format (PDF or ZEBRA)
Select the number of packages for the shipment, you can add packages by clicking the “ + ” symbol next to the “Number of packages” field
If necessary, indicate the type of package, as well as the weight in kg and the dimensions (height, width, depth)
If you want to set up insurance for your package to be shipped, click on the “Set Up Insurance” link and enter the insurance value
Select which products to include in the shipment
Click on the create button to create your shipment
Once you have created your shipment you will be able to create the shipping label , make or save changes or delete your shipment.
Once you have printed the label, you can confirm the shipment by going to the shipment list where you will see the shipments created with the FedEx courier by clicking "Confirm" in the shipment status column. For more information go to the SHIPMENT LIST guide
Detail of a shipment
The shipment detail page allows you to check and modify the shipment information to be communicated by the courier
The “Shipping” box allows you to modify the information entered during the first phase of creating the shipment.
The “Delivery Address” and “Collection Address” boxes contain the address information.
– The “Create” button allows you to create a new address
– The “Change” button allows you to select a previously created address – The “Edit”
button allows you to change the information for the selected address.The “Collection Instructions” box allows you to change the store’s opening and closing times and enter instructions for the courier.
