Guide to Managing Shipments with the Poste Italiane Delivery Courier on Poleepo
This guide illustrates the optimal flow for managing shipments with Poste Italiane Delivery, assuming that you are using the bulk printing functionality from the order list.

3. Mass Printing of Waybills
The bulk printing screen will open. If you have more than one courier configured on Poleepo, select " Poste Italiane Delivery " from the selection box at the top left.
choose the type of shipping (if you choose an international shipping type you will also have to indicate the type of delivery and the content code and in addition to the weight and dimensions, you can also set the content by clicking on the " set content " button)
In the " Destination Status " box, select " Processing ." If necessary, select and set other available options.
Choose whether to confirm shipments after printing, using the appropriate flag, choose the label output, the print type and choose whether to enable the notes ID.
Check your shipping details and click the " Print" button.
4. Download the Shipping Print Report
After starting the waybill printing process, you can download the result in the " Shipment Print Report " section.
Note : the process may take a few minutes if you are working on many orders.
5. Confirm the Shipping Data to the Courier
Once the labels have been generated, you must confirm the shipping data to the courier
.
Procedure to Confirm Shipments
Go to the " Your shipments " section .
Filter shipments by choosing the Poste Italiane Delivery courier in the " Couriers " box.
Add a new filter in the " Shipping Status" box by choosing " Created to confirm ", then click on the "Search" button.
Select all shipments to confirm and click on the " Confirm selected " button.
Correct Flow Summary
Select orders.
Print the waybills making sure to change the order status to "Processing".
Confirm shipments.
By following these steps, when you hand over the packages to the courier and the courier registers your packages at their headquarters, Poleepo will update the order status to "Shipped", sending the related tracking to the sales channels.
