Create your shipments automatically
Automatic waybills (LDV) are an important feature for optimizing the shipping logistics process. This guide will provide an overview of which services and carriers support this feature.
Through Automatic LDS, Poleepo is able to automatically generate your shipments, following the preferences you set.
Compatibility criteria
You will be able to use the automatic LDV creation function only if the orders contain products for which the service is active and meet the following conditions :
The order contains only one product.
The quantity of the product in the order is equal to one.
The product packaging consists of a single package.
Configuring Automatic LDVs
Follow these steps to enable the automatic LDS feature for your products.
Enabling Automatic LDVs
Enable the automatic LDV creation feature by following the path Settings (top right) > Automatic LDV (in the left menu)
You can indicate the configuration that will be applied by default to your automatic shipments generated through Poleepo.
By enabling the "do not consider Prime orders" switch, you will exclude Prime orders from the creation of automatic shipments.
You can also select the order statuses to skip and the sales channels to exclude. Then click "Save" to save your settings and activate the " Enabled " button at the top right.
Autoship creation preferences
Preferences for “Automatic LDV” must be configured on the individual product .
Access the product editing section by going to Menu > Products > Your Products. Go to the " Shipping " tab and set up one or more services to automatically create and print shipments. The service will be enabled for the product as soon as a valid service is entered.
Click the " Add Services " button and select the courier from the list. If the service you're looking for isn't listed, check that the courier's configuration has already been created, or create a new one by following this guide: How to Configure Your Couriers .
Sort your carriers by priority from top to bottom . Poleepo will attempt to create the shipment with the highest-ranked carrier, switching to the next lowest if any errors occur and the creation fails.
When an order arrives containing a product that meets the required criteria and with the automatic LDV function correctly configured, within 10 minutes, Poleepo will attempt to automatically generate the shipment.
View your created LDVs
Access your order list by following the path Menu > Orders > Your Orders. You can already see the status of your shipment in the "Shipments" column of this preview list.
In the “ Shipping ” column you can view the following statuses:
Automatic LSV creation failed – Poleepo attempted to create the shipment with all the services specified in the product settings, but the operation was unsuccessful. You will need to generate your shipment manually. Check the services specified for creation and their respective settings to prevent this issue from recurring on other shipments.
Automatic LDV creation completed successfully – Poleepo has successfully created the LDV automatically and will show you the service used with the corresponding tracking code. You can print the label by following the path Menu > Shipping > Your Shipments and clicking the " Download " button next to the shipment line.

Shipping Details
Follow the path Menu > Shipments > Your Shipments . Click on the tracking number to view the details. The shipment details page allows you to review and edit your shipment information.
The “Shipping” box allows you to modify the information entered during the first phase of creating the shipment
The "Delivery Address" and "Pickup Address" boxes contain address information.
– The "Create" button allows you to create a new address
. – The "Change" button allows you to select a previously created address
. – The "Edit" button allows you to edit the information for the selected address.The "Pickup Instructions" box allows you to change the store's opening and closing hours and enter courier instructions.
If you want to modify a shipment created via LDV Automatiche, remember to reprint the label after making any changes to the information.
Download the label
Locate your shipment by following the path Menu > Shipments > Your Shipments . Click on the tracking number to view the details.
Click on the “Download” button at the top right to download the consignment note in the format set in configuration and print it.
Deleting shipping
You can cancel a shipment from the platform only if it has not been confirmed from the shipping page.
If the shipment has been confirmed, contact your carrier's office to cancel the shipment.
Which services and carriers support automatic consignment notes (LDV)?
Unsupported services
Not all services allow automatic generation of LDVs. For example:
Qaplà and Spedisci Online do not support automatic creation of waybills. In these cases, you will need to generate the waybills manually or use another compatible platform.
Compatible couriers
Automatic generation of LDVs is supported by numerous carriers. Among the most commonly used are:
GLS
BRT
TNT
DHL
SDA
These couriers offer integrations that allow for seamless and efficient management of LDVs through compatible platforms.
