Create your shipments automatically
Through Automatic LDVs, Poleepo is able to automatically generate your shipments, following the preferences you set.
Compatibility criteria
You will be able to take advantage of the automatic LDV creation function only if the orders contain products on which the service is active and comply with the following conditions :
The order contains only one product.
The quantity of the product in the order is equal to one.
The product packaging consists of a single package.
Configuration of Automatic LDVs
Follow these steps to enable the automatic LDV feature for your products.
Enabling Automatic LDV
Enable the automatic LDV creation function by following the path Menu > Configuration > Couriers > Automatic LDV .
Activate the “ Enabled ” button at the top right.
Autoship creation preferences
The preferences for "Automatic LDV" must be configured on the individual product .
Enter into editing a product by following the path Menu > Products > Your products. Reach the " Shipping " tab and set up one or more services to automatically create and print shipments. The service will be enabled on the product as soon as a valid service is inserted.
Click on the " Add services " button and select the courier from the list. If the service you are looking for is not present, check that the configuration of that courier has already been created, or create a new one by following this guide: How to configure your couriers .
Sort your couriers by priority from top to bottom . Poleepo will try to create the shipment with the courier that it finds highest, moving to the next one down when some error occurs and the creation is not successful.
When an order arrives containing a product that meets the required criteria and with the automatic LDV function correctly configured, within 10 minutes, Poleepo will try to automatically generate the shipment.
View your created LDVs
Reach the list of your orders by following the path Menu > Orders > Your orders. You will already be able to view the outcome of the shipment creation in this preview list, in the "Shipping" column.
In the " Shipping " column you can view the following statuses:
Automatic LDV creation failed – Poleepo tried to create the shipment with all the services indicated in the product settings, but the operation was not successful. You will have to generate your shipment manually. Check the services indicated for creation and their respective configurations to avoid this problem recurring on other shipments.
Automatic LDV creation completed successfully - Poleepo managed to create the LDV automatically and will indicate the service used with the relevant shipping code. You can print the label by following the path Menu > Shipments > Your shipments and clicking on the " Download " button corresponding to the shipment line.

Shipment details
Follow the path Menu > Shipments > Your shipments . Click on the shipping number to go into detail. The shipment detail page allows you to review and edit shipment information.
The “Shipping” box allows you to modify the information entered during the first phase of shipment creation
The “Destination address” and “Pickup address” boxes contain information for the addresses. – The “Create”
button allows you to create a new address – The “Change” button allows you to select a previously created address – The “Modify” button allows you to modify the information for the selected address.
The “Collection instructions” box allows you to change the opening and closing times of the store and enter instructions for the courier.
If you want to modify a shipment created through LDV Automatiche, remember to reprint the label after you make any changes to the information.
Label download
Locate the shipment by following the path Menu > Shipments > Your shipments . Click on the shipping number to go into detail.
Click on the "Download" button at the top right to download the waybill in the format set in the configuration and be able to print it.
Deletion of the shipment
You can delete the shipment from the platform only if it has not been confirmed from the shipments page.
If the shipment has been confirmed, contact your courier office to cancel the shipment.
