Users Menu*
*Available only for users with SUPER_USER role
the "Users" section allows you to access the functions dedicated to users authorized to use Poleepo on your store.
The “Users” menu is made up of levels:
Profile: Section that allows you to view and edit the active user's information
New user: Section that allows you to create a new user and the related role of using Poleepo for your store
Your users: A list of users associated with your store on Poleepo
To reach the sections dedicated to users, follow the path: Menu > Users
User roles on Poleepo
Poleepo allows you to manage the users associated with your store efficiently using roles, which are the levels of access and permissions to use the platform by the users themselves.
On Poleepo you have 4 role levels available:
SUPER_USER:
Main access role SUPER_USER role has access to all Poleepo features
PRODUCT_MANAGER:
Role for managing products only: The user with the PRODUCT_MANAGER role has limited access to the Performance and Products sections
ORDER_MANAGER
Role for managing orders and shipments: The user with the ORDER_MANAGER role has limited access to the management of Orders , Shipments , Customers and Reports.
SHIPPING_MANAGER
Role for managing shipments associated with drop-shipping suppliers
Profile
In the " Profile" section you can change some of the information associated with your main account.
The operations you can perform on your account are as follows:
Change your avatar
Change your Name and Surname
Associate your account with an additional store (If available)
Change your password and your login email
New user
In the “New User” section you can add new users and associate the relevant roles with them.
Fill in the required fields on the page to add a new user to your store and finally click on the "Create" button

Name
Surname
Login email
Roles (for details on roles see the guide in point 1.1 on this page)
Shop
Password and password confirmation
Your Users
In the " Your users" section you can view the list of users associated with your store and their roles and perform the following operations:
Enter the details of a single user (by clicking on their e-mail address)
View user creation and modification dates
View and edit the associated role for each user
Activate/deactivate a user (by clicking on the “Active” switch on the right )
