View your customer list
Reach the list of your customers by following the path Menu > Customers
In this section you can view a list of all customers who have placed at least one order on one of your sales channels. The list will be created in alphabetical order, and the customer's account data will be shown only if available.
It will be possible to download a CSV file of the list by clicking on the Download result in CSV button at the top right .
Information displayed
In the customer list you will be able to view the following information:
Name: The customer's name will be reported. By clicking on the name, you can access the Customer Detail section , where you can modify or implement the information relating to the customer, view the shipping and billing addresses associated with it and have the list of all orders placed.
The empty field indicates that the the order has been cancelled; it is therefore not possible to provide information on the customer, but only on the product initially ordered .
Email: If available, the customer's associated email will be reported. If the customer comes from channels that use an encrypted email, the latter will be displayed .
Marketplace: Indicates the sales channel the order came from .
Telephone: If available, the customer
Total Orders: The total number of orders placed by the customer and the total amount spent on the various sales channels will be reported.
