CONFIGURE AND MODIFY YOUR STORE DATA
Set up your store
To configure and update your shop data on Poleepo follow the path:
Menu > Configuration > Sales channels and click on the "Shop" item.
The data entered in the shop is used by Poleepo to manage the information of your business, the management of global categories, the global behavior towards the various channels (shipping times and prices) and the addresses of your shop for the management of collections by of couriers.
Sections for store configuration
Heading
In this section enter information about the company name of your business. You can also enter your logo¹ , the name and email address used to display for notifications to your customers.
1 Your shop logo will be displayed in your Poleepo account and inserted in the header when printing orders.
Registered office and operational headquarters
Fill in the required fields in the “Registered Office” section . If your registered office coincides with your operational headquarters, check the option "The registered office coincides with the operational headquarters". Otherwise, also fill in the "Operational Headquarters" form.
Collection address
The data entered in the " Collection address" section will be used by Poleepo to be sent to the couriers configured when creating the shipment. Fill in the fields in this section if the collection address does not correspond to your registered office or operational headquarters. Otherwise, use the options for managing the collection address by ticking the relevant boxes "The registered office coincides with the collection address" or "The operational headquarters coincides with the collection address" present in the Registered office and Headquarters tabs operational.
Macro categories
This section allows you to choose the number and type of categories for managing products on Poleepo. Select your macro categories by enabling them with the relevant switches.

Shipping times and costs
In this section you can define global shipping times and costs. Poleepo will use this information to manage your publications.
Shipping Times
Indicate in these fields the number of days it usually takes you to ship the goods in your warehouse. This information will be used by Poleepo if requested by sales channels in the publication of products.
When the product is published we will use these values if no delivery times have been defined for the product supplier or sales channels. However, you will be able to change these values for the individual publication of the product.
Shipping cost
Indicate in these fields the shipping price that will be applied by default to all your products. This information will be used by Poleepo if requested by the sales channel in the publication of the products. You can change this value for the individual product where you deem it appropriate.
Minimum quantity
The value entered in this field manages notifications for products with low stock on Poleepo.
If the quantity of a product falls below the threshold set in this field, Poleepo will warn you with a notification.
Cash management
If you also want to manage the stocks of your physical store from Poleepo and quickly deduct them from the CHECKOUT, enable this function.
You will find the new “Cashier” item in the menu.
