Premise
On Poleepo you can manage the information required by the GPSR regulation on product regulation and safety, which came into force on December 13, 2024.
This information can be entered into your store, in the brands section, on suppliers, via CSV upload in the master data section, individually on the product details or as a whole in the product list.
The following information can be managed:
the information of the responsible Producer
Brand Manager information
2 Images (for CE labels)
1 document for installation manual
1 document for safety manual
Poleepo currently supports entering this information only for the Ebay Italy and Amazon Italy sales channels.
Amazon Italy requires the manufacturer's information and image as mandatory data;
Ebay Italy currently requires the manufacturer's information as mandatory;
In both cases, the person responsible must be indicated if the product is imported from outside Europe.
We at Poleepo recommend entering this information to avoid problems with publishing on the marketplaces.
GPSR Information Management
You can manage GPSR information:
1) on your store by going to Settings > Sales Channels > My Store, entering:
the name of the person in charge
the manager's email
Address and telephone information
2) In the brands section via the Products > Brands path:
3) In the Suppliers > New Supplier section:
4) In the personal data section, when uploading or updating products, by uploading a CSV file;
After uploading a CSV file and mapping either the SKU or the EAN (Poleepo requires mapping one of the two, as they are unique codes to which the product can be linked) in the GPSR section you will be able to manage:
GPSR manager information
the manufacturer's information
the safety certificate
CE marking images
the installation manual;
For your convenience, we attach a CSV file at the bottom of this page to perform the appropriate column mapping tests, related to GPSR.

Products with variants
Currently on Poleepo, products with variants will have the same GPSR data.
For example, when uploading from CSV, the data must be uploaded only on the parent product, so Poleepo will take the data from the last variant examined, assigning the same data to all variants.
5) In the product detail, in the GPSR section:
indicating the person responsible and the producer;
by entering the safety certificates, activating the flag and uploading the image containing the CE mark and an additional image and the safety or installation manual documents in the language of the country in which you intend to sell the product;
Before publishing your product on sales channels, activate the icon of the channels on which you intend to update GPSR data.
For example if you want to update GPSR data on Amazon Italy, click on the Amazon icon,
to turn on the channel.
If channel power is enabled, GPSR data will be sent to the marketplace.
If channel power is off, data will not be sent.
Therefore, if the GPSR data already exists on the marketplaces, you can:
Send and update them by activating the channel icon (in this case Poleepo will overwrite the pre-existing data on its marketplace)
prevent it from updating by disabling the channel icon (This way, Poleepo will not overwrite existing information on marketplaces)
Finally click on "update" to update the information entered.
