Accounting and sales reports
You can download a report file with all the sales and refunds for a given period by following the path Menu > Reports > Sales > Accounting.
Only orders with a status set to "shipped" or "Complete" and which have a valid shipment associated with them will be included in the search; orders received "in progress" or in other statuses will be excluded. Orders in the "Refunded" status will also be entered and subtracted from the total. For further information go to the guide CHANGE OF THE STATUS OF ORDERS ON THE VARIOUS MARKETPLACE
Filter the results
You will be able to carry out targeted searches by filtering by customer, email, sales channel or period.
Download the accounting report results
Once you have established the search criteria, you can download the results by clicking on one of the buttons at the top right, choosing the file format to download (Excel or PDF). A drop-down menu will open where you will have to choose whether to download the "Detail" item or the "Totals" item.
Detail: All orders will be entered in the file with various information, such as product and shipping details, customer information, prices and taxes.
Totals: A summary file of the total sales, shipments and refunds will be created.
