Create new custom export
Reach the page for creating a new customized report by following the path Menu > Reports > Products > Export and click on the “New Export” button at the top right
In this section it will be possible to select various options and set various fields for the generation of personalized files, files to import into various management systems and feeds useful for creating and updating products also for sales channels not integrated into Poleepo. The generated reports will later be visible in the "export" section and the files can also be retrieved via the public URL. The phase of creating a new custom export will be divided into 4 phases:
1 General data
In this phase the general data for creating the report must be indicated:
Create a configuration
You must indicate what type of information you want to analyze (for example "Products") and the type of file you want to obtain.
If the .CSV file is chosen as the format, you will need to indicate the text separator and delimiter you prefer.
Reload a configuration
It will be possible to select a previously created and saved configuration, obtaining a new report.
Once you have selected these fields, click on the “Next” button
2 Filters of the report
In this phase it will be possible to set various filters, useful for selecting and indicating the products that you want or do not want to include in the report.
Once the various filters have been configured, click on the "Next" button
3 Fields from the report
In this section you will have to decide the fields you want to include in the report. You can choose the fields present on Poleepo from a drop-down menu, remapping them with the name best suited to your needs. For example, in the case in which we need to display the "Sku" of the product in the report, but on our management system it is called "Internal code", we can map it and in the final report file we will find the "Internal code" field.
To insert and map the various fields, just click on the "New field" button, select the wording available on Poleepo and indicate our personalized name. Repeat the operation for all the desired fields.
Once you have selected all the fields to insert, click on the "Next" button
4 Execution
Final phase of creating the report that will allow the operation to start.
Save the report
In this phase you will have to choose whether to save the settings and report creation preferences chosen previously, allowing you to find them again later in phase 1 of creating a new customized report in the "Reload a configuration" field.
Simply enable the "Save report" button and indicate the name with which to save it.
Public report
By enabling this button it will be possible to generate a public URL from which to download the file at any time.
Once these last choices have been made, you can start creating the new customized report by clicking on the "Start" button.
The generated reports will later be visible in the Export section .
