View custom export report
Reach the page for viewing the reports generated by a custom export by following the path Menu > Reports > Products > Export.
In this section it will be possible to view a list of all the files generated through the "New export" function. If you want to learn about all the “New Export” features of Poleepo , go to this guide.
Information displayed
In the custom export list you will be able to view the following information:
Identifier: Indicates the identifier of the custom export .
Status: Indicates the status of the requested custom export.
Completed The report has been generated and is ready to be downloaded.
Suspended The file generation was started but, due to some error, it was suspended.
Created The report has been created and is waiting to be run.
Running The operation is running and generating the report file .
User: The user who started the generation of the report is reported .
Creation date: Reports the creation date of the configuration, if this will be saved .
Generation date: Indicates the last generation of the file from the set configuration .
Public URL: URL that can be shared publicly so you can download the file at any time .
Actions: Button to download the file locally.
