View product update reports

Reach the upload report viewing page by following the path Menu > Reports > Products > Update.

In this section it will be possible to view a list of all the csv files imported via the Batch loading and updating or Programming function.

Product update report on poleepo

You can consult the "Product Update" section to view the outcome of updates or imports carried out.

Information displayed

In the upload list you will be able to view the following information:

  • Loading date: Indicates the date on which the products were loaded .

  • Imported File: The name of the uploaded file. You can start downloading the file by clicking on it .

  • Status: Indicates the status of the requested upload operation.

    • Uploaded The file has been uploaded, but not yet processed.

    • Completed The upload is done and completed.

    • Error The file was loaded but execution failed due to an error

  • Execution Errors: Indicates whether any errors were detected during processing.

    • Field Blank There are no errors

    • Download Errors have been encountered. It will be possible to start downloading the report of errors found by clicking on the button.

Error reporting

The main error messages reported are as follows:

No products were found with the data you provided

Problem: The product reference code was not found among your Poleepo products. (Only for update operation )

The product exists, but as defined in configuration it will not be updated

Message: The product exists on Poleepo and has been discovered, but as indicated in the upload configuration settings, it will not be updated .

A valid value for the sales price was not provided

Problem: The “Sales price” field in the csv file is empty or contains the number 0 (zero )

You entered a parent Sku but no matching products were found

Problem: You entered a value in the "Parent Sku" field that does not exist. (Only if the “There are variants to add in your file” switch is activated in the Batch configuration window)

The product found for Barcode or Supplier Sku has a different Sku than the Sku you provided

Problem: An update has been set up via EAN (Barcode) or Supplier Sku. The product has been identified, but has a different Sku on Poleepo than the one indicated in the csv file. (Only for update operation)
