What is needed to connect DHL courier to Poleepo?
To correctly configure DHL on Poleepo you need to register on the DHL Express XML portal by clicking on the following link .
Attention ! it is important that the RequestorType and Requestor Services fields are filled in as in the following image:
After completing your registration, DHL will provide you with testing credentials within 24 hours.
Once you have received your test credentials you must contact your DHL representative and request your production credentials.
By going to the following link you can view the status of your account to check if it is active.
The “ Site ID ” and “ Password ” fields will be provided to you via email after requesting the production credentials;
In the " Customer code " field , enter the customer code you use for national shipments. You can find it by entering the MyDHL+ portal in the MyBill section.
Configure DHL your Poleepo
Enter the data necessary for configuration
Reach the DHL courier configuration by following the path: Menu > Configuration > Couriers and select DHL
Fill in the configuration fields
The data necessary for the DHL connection on Poleepo are as follows:
Site ID: | Code that will be provided to you via email after requesting production credentials |
Password: | Password that will be provided to you via email after requesting production credentials |
Client code: | The customer code you use for domestic shipments. |
Default Print Type: | Indicates the type of printing for waybills generated by Poleepo |
Package Location: | Indicate the location of your packages for collection by the courier |
Goods availability time: | Tell the courier the time to collect the goods |
Store closing time: | Indicates the store closing time |
Select the default print type (PDF or ZEBRA)

In the "Package location" field you can provide information to the courier on where you will place the package to collect.

Populate the fields indicating the times in which the goods are available and the closing time of the store
Save and enable the courier
Finally Save and enable the DHL courier by clicking on the “Enabled” button at the top right.
You can choose whether to set DHL as your default courier by clicking on the grey star at the top right.
If the star is grey the courier is not set as default, if it is yellow the courier is set as default and the star will no longer be clickable.
