What is needed to connect BRT to Poleepo?
To connect, create labels and manage BRT shipments with Poleepo you need a BRT contract with the courier.
Once the contract is concluded, contact your BRT representative to request the activation of the Webservices credentials . After requesting the activation of these services, wait approximately 1-4 hours before entering the configuration credentials on Poleepo. It may take a few hours before they are actually active.
Where can I find the requested data?
the data needed to configure BRT are normally provided by the courier itself.
In the " Customer code " field, enter the customer code, which is typically made up of 7 numeric characters.
The " User code " and " User password " fields must be requested from BRT specifying that a user is required for integration via BRT API.
The " AutoConfirm " working mode must be decided during the activation phase with the BRT staff. With this operating mode, when the shipments are entrusted to BRT, these shipments can be directly confirmed by the management branch.
Configure BRT courier on Poleepo
To configure the BRT courier on Poleepo, follow the menu path > configurations > integrations > couriers and click on the BRT Box .
In this section you can create and manage one or more BRT configurations.
Required data:
The data required for the BRT connection on Poleepo are the following:
Configuration Name | the name of your BRT configuration |
BRT Customer Code: | Your customer code (This is usually a 7-digit code) |
Starting branch: | Your starting branch code (Numeric) |
BRT user code: | Your user code must be requested from BRT specifying that a user is required for integration via BRT API. |
BRT services password: | Password provided by BRT (you must specify that a user is required for integration via BRT API. |
Default Print Type | The default print type (PDF, Zebra) |
Default rate code | Enter your tariff code, it will be inserted by POLEEPO when creating the shipment as a default code.

Order ID notes | Please enter your order ID so that it will also appear in your shipping notes. |
Advanced Settings
BRT Network
Select the BRT Network you want to use on the configuration:
Automatic Network (null value) -> BRT decides autonomously which Network is best to use for foreign shipments
Euroexpress (value E) -> always use euroexpress for foreign shipments
DPD (D value) -> always use DPD for foreign shipments
Auto Confirm Mode
The “ Auto Confirm ” working mode must be decided during the activation phase with the BRT staff. With this operating mode, when the shipments are entrusted to BRT, these shipments can be directly confirmed by the management branch.
Customer Notifications
Activate or deactivate the function of sending notifications to the customer via email and SMS , according to what is provided for in your contract with the BRT courier.
Add a starting branch
In case you need to manage multiple departure branches for your goods, you can enter the reference information in this field, specifying the name and code of the departure branch.
This information will allow you to choose the branch from which the goods will be shipped when creating the shipment.

Shop Closing Times
Populate the fields with your store's closing days and times.
Save and enable the courier
Finally Save and enable the BRT courier by clicking on the “Enabled” button at the top right.
You can choose whether to set BRT as your default courier by clicking on the grey star at the top right.
If the star is grey the courier is not set as default, if it is yellow the courier is set as default and the star will no longer be clickable.
