Configure the TNT shipper

What is needed to connect the TNT shipper to Poleepo?

To connect, create labels and manage TNT shipments via Poleepo you need a TNT contract with the shipper.

When the contract is concluded, contact your TNT contact to request activation of your Webservices credentials . After requesting the activation of these services, wait approximately 1-4 hours before entering the configuration credentials on Poleepo. It may take a few hours before they are actually active.


TNT – Data required for configuration

The data required to connect TNT on Poleepo are the following:

  • TNT Customer Code: Your customer code (the same one you use to access myTnt)

  • TNT Account Code: Your contract code (Normally it is a code made up of 8 numeric digits)

  • TNT Services User: must be requested from TNT specifying that a user is required for integration via TNT API.

  • TNT Services Password: Your password to access TNT services must be requested from TNT specifying that a user is required for integration via TNT API.

Choose the default print format

Set the shipping type:

Select the shipping services available to you based on your contract (You can add services by clicking on the ( + ) icon and delete them by clicking on the trash can icon.

Scheduled collection

If you have Scheduled Withdrawal active on your TNT account, activate this switch. This will allow us to confirm your shipments automatically.

Shop Opening/Closing Times

Populate the fields with your store's opening and closing times, times merchandise is available, and other information.

Save and enable the courier

Finally Save and enable the DHL courier by clicking on the “Enabled” button at the top right.

You can choose whether to set DHL as your default courier by clicking on the grey star at the top right.

If the star is grey the courier is not set as default, if it is yellow the courier is set as default and the star will no longer be clickable.
