Reach the DHL eCommerce box

To configure DHL eCommerce on Poleepo follow the path Configuration > Integrations > Carriers and click on the " DHL eCommerce " box.

Foreword: Where can I find the requested data?

Some data for DHL configuration will be provided during the onboarding phase, others will be generated in the DHL Dashboard.

  • The "API Public Key" (Client ID provided by Poleepo)

  • The "API Secret Key" (Client Secret provided by Poleepo)

  • The “Customer ID” is a unique code that is provided during the onboarding phase and which DHL calls “ EKP ”)

  • The customer account is a 14-digit code provided by DHL that identifies the customer, the service, and the rate applied by the courier. The code is provided by DHL.

Set up DHL eCommerce on Poleepo

Enter the required data in the configuration:

  • Configuration name;

  • API Public Key (Client ID provided by us to the client);

  • API Secret Key;

  • Customer ID

  • Country of origin (IT)

  • Customer Account (14-digit numeric code assigned by DHL)

  • Enable the Order ID flag in notes;

Finally click on save to save the configuration you just created.

You will then have to enable the configuration via the flag at the top right and choose whether to set the courier as default by turning on the star next to it.
