Detail of a shipment

View details of a shipment

You can reach the detail page of a shipment by following the path Menu > Shipments > Your shipments by clicking on the "Poleepo Code" .

Or you can reach it by clicking on the "Go to detail" button that you will find in the shipment creation section in the detail of an order.

You will find a page with the details of the shipment created. The progress of the shipment will be displayed in the "Tracking" field . You will be able to view or modify the destination and collection address fields and the instructions to send to the courier to collect the package. This last field will be diversified based on the specific requests of each courier, for further information you can consult the section of the guide relating to the creation of the shipment via your courier.

In the section below it will then be possible to select the quantities of the item included in the shipment (if different from the one ordered) and enter notes to send to the courier (for example the customer's telephone number, additional information on the delivery address, etc. )

Notes will be handled differently based on the courier chosen.

Import order

Using the "Import order" button you can combine multiple orders placed by the same customer at different times or on different sales channels, into a single shipment.

A list of orders corresponding to the same customer will open. You can go to the order details or import it directly into your shipment.

Orders must not have a shipping associated with them to be imported. If there is already a shipment relating to that order, you can delete it, but only if it has yet to be confirmed. Shipments created with TNT, however, can be deleted up to a few minutes before collection.
