Creating a partial shipment

On Poleepo, you can create partial shipments for your orders, if an order contains two or more products.

This feature is useful when you don't have one or more products in your order in stock, but you still want to ship the products you already have available.

To create a partial shipment, go to your order list and select an order containing two or more products.

Proceed to create the shipment by choosing the courier and entering the required information.

For more details on how to create a shipment, read the dedicated section . This section explains how to create shipments with various couriers.

Before creating the shipment, when you have to insert the products into it, insert the product or products that you have available at the moment.

You can later create a new shipment by adding the product that was missing when you placed the order.

Once you have entered the product you currently have available, click on "create".

Select the tab for the partial shipment you just created and generate the waybill by clicking "create label".

Once the second product from the same order is available in stock, you can proceed with creating the second shipment.

Go back to the order details and create a new shipment, this time inserting the product or products that were not available initially.

A new partial shipment tab will be created, click on it and generate a new waybill.

In your shipment list, you will find the shipments created for the same order with the different products included.

The tracking code that Poleepo will transmit will be unique (in this case it will be that of the first confirmed shipment)

Remember to confirm shipments for couriers that require confirmation, such as SDA, the case we used as an example.
