Create your shipments with Paack courier
To create and manage shipments with Paack or print waybills, reach the “Orders” page by following the path: Menu > Orders
Select your order to ship
Select the order to be shipped by clicking on the order number in the first "Reference" column
Paack courier selection and shipment preparation
In the “Shipping” box , select Paack (after having enabled it correctly)
Select the Paack shipping service you set in configuration
Choose the type of print (PDF or Zebra)
Indicate the maximum shipping days
Choose whether to enable the ID on notes
Select the number of packages for the shipment, you can add packages by clicking the “ + ” symbol next to the “Number of packages” field
Select the weight in kg
Please indicate the dimensions in cm (width, height, depth)
You can also set up a cash on delivery or insurance by clicking on "set up cash on delivery" or "set up insurance" and entering the respective values.
then select which products you want to include in the shipment
Click on "create" to create the shipment
Create label
If you need to change your shipping information (change shipping/pickup addresses, shipping info, etc.), click on the “Go to details” button .
Then click on the " create label " button to create the waybill.
Once you've printed the label, you can confirm the shipment by going to the shipment list and clicking "Confirm" in the shipment status column. For more information, see the SHIPMENT LIST guide.
Automatic shipments
You can also use Paack for automatic shipments: when you go into a product's details , select the "Shipping" box, click " Add Service+" and select Paack from the list on the right.
