Create your shipments with FedEx

To create and manage shipments with FedEx or print waybills, reach the "Orders" page by following the path:
Menu > Your Orders > Select the order to ship by clicking on the order number in the first "Reference" column.

FedEx courier selection and shipment preparation

  • In the "shipping" box, select the FedEx courier.

  • Please indicate the recipient's country (domestic or international) and the shipping services you will use.

  • Based on the recipient's chosen country, indicate the shipping service you intend to use.

    NB If you select international shipments, you can choose to manage ETDs (Electronic Commercial Documents) by checking the appropriate flag.

  • Indicates the print format to use (whether Zebra or PDF)

  • Select the payment type

  • Select the number of packages for the shipment, you can add packages by clicking the “ + ” symbol next to the “Number of packages” field

  • If necessary, indicate the type of package, as well as the weight in kg and the dimensions (height, width, depth)

  • If you want to set up insurance for your package to be shipped, click on the “Set Up Insurance” link and enter the insurance value

  • Select which products to include in the shipment

Click the create button to create your shipment

Once you have created your shipment, you can create the shipping label , make or save changes, or delete your shipment.

If you previously chose to manage ETDs for international shipping services, you will be able to upload the required documents.

You will be able to upload the following documents:

  • Commercial invoice (required) is the customs document provided by the seller that describes the parties involved and the goods shipped, with details on quantity, origin, and value.

  • Certificate of Origin (optional), which is the document certifying the country in which the product was manufactured, useful for customs restrictions or concessions.

  • Proforma invoice (optional) or the preliminary document issued before the sale, used by the buyer to confirm the order, or open a letter of credit.

  • USMCA Certificate of Origin (optional) required for goods with reduced or zero duties between the USA, Canada, or Mexico. It is completed by the exporter or manufacturer.

  • Commercial invoice or USMCA certificate of origin (optional) required for goods or goods with reduced or zero duties between the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Completed by the exporter or manufacturer.

  • Other documents (optional) not mandatory for shipping, but sometimes required for customs clearance, based on type, origin, or destination.

NB This option cannot be executed in bulk.

Once you have checked the shipment details or uploaded any ETD documents, you can print the waybill by clicking on the " create label " button.

Once you've printed the label, you can confirm the shipment by going to the shipment list, where you'll see the shipments created with FedEx by clicking "Confirm" in the shipment status column. For more information, see the SHIPMENT LIST guide.

Detail of a shipment

The shipment details page allows you to check and modify the shipment information to be communicated by the courier

  • The “Shipping” box allows you to modify the information entered during the first phase of creating the shipment

  • The "Delivery Address" and "Pickup Address" boxes contain address information.
    – The "Create" button allows you to create a new address .
    – The "Change" button allows you to select a previously created address
    . – The "Edit" button allows you to edit the information for the selected address.

  • The "Pickup Instructions" box allows you to change the store's opening and closing hours and enter courier instructions.
