Before starting
To start configuring Cdiscount in Poleepo, open the menu drop-down on the left side, then go to configuration > sales channels > Cdiscount.
How to enable Cdiscount API for Poleepo
To use Cdiscount on Poleepo you need to request Cdiscount support to enable the API, you can follow the following steps
Log in to the Cdiscount backoffice via this link
Enter the support request management section
Open a new API support request
Click on the 'Email support' button immediately before your support requests
Fill out the proposed form as indicated below and then click on the 'New case' button
In the new proposed form, fill in the fields indicated with the values described and leave the others unchanged, and then click on the 'Save' button
Subject of your inquiry -> Poleepo
Detail of your inquiry -> I want to give to Poleepo (client_id Poleepo) the full API access to work on my account.
Wait for technical support to reply with approval, from that moment on you can use Cdiscount on Poleepo.
Where can I retrieve the seller ID?
Log in to the Cdiscount backoffice via this link
Recover the Seller Id by opening the 'Settings' menu as shown in the figure
After completing these steps, go to the " create new configuration " button.
Create and save the new configuration
After this window opens, enter the seller ID in the box below and click create configuration .
Subsequently, always in the same tab, you must indicate the management times , i.e. the time it takes you to prepare an order.
Finally, enable the download of orders via the tick at the bottom right and save the new configuration.
*NB CDiscount publications deleted from Poleepo will not be deleted on the Marketplace, therefore you will have to do it manually on it.
