Configure Amazon – To configure Amazon on Poleepo your Amazon account must be of the “PRO Seller” type.
In the absence of this requirement, or if this requirement is lost, Poleepo will not be able to communicate with Amazon to update product quantities and download orders.

To upgrade your Amazon account to PRO Seller:

Poleepo supports the following Marketplaces for Amazon Europe

On Poleepo, reach the Amazon configuration by following the path:
Menu > Configuration > Sales channels > Amazon and click the button: “Configure”.

You will be directed to your Amazon Sellercentral authorization page. On this screen, give all permissions and click the button to confirm.

Enable the Amazon configuration for each country in which you want to sell by clicking the destination country and clicking on the "Enable" button.

*The following configuration data will need to be entered for each country configured

This feature allows you to limit the quantities (Stocks) sent by Poleepo on your Amazon listings. It can be useful if you use supplier csv files that contain the total stocks of the supplier's warehouse to update the quantities of your products on Poleepo.

If present, the quantities of the variants will also be limited.
Changing these values ​​will not affect products already published.

Set handling times

In the section: "Handling times" enter the time taken to prepare the package to be sent. This information will be posted in publications on Amazon. You can also define the maximum preparation day individually per product.

Enabling the “Update All” switch will update the times for all products including those previously published.
Click on the “Update times” button to update them.

Management of stocks only
By enabling this function, when updating an offer, only the stocks of the product will be sent to Amazon, all other information such as prices and management times will not be managed by Poleepo. However, when the offer is published, all information will be sent.

GPSR data management

By enabling this option if you create new GPSR data on products, it will be automatically communicated to the channel.

Enable order download
​Click on the “Enable Order Download ” switch to allow Poleepo to download your orders from Amazon so you can manage them

By enabling this feature, the order status will be set to "Shipped", the tracking number will be sent to Amazon after creating (and confirming) your BRT shipment.

If the order status is set to "In progress", Poleepo will send the real tracking as soon as it is generated by BRT, automatically setting the order status to "Shipped".

Enable downloading of product orders in Amazon logistics

Click on the "Enable downloading of product orders in Amazon fulfillment " switch to allow Poleepo to also download product orders in Amazon fulfillment (Amazon FBA), otherwise only orders that must be managed by the seller will be downloaded.

Enable shipping purchase with Amazon

By enabling this option for Amazon orders, you will be able to purchase shipments directly with Amazon.

You will be able to enable scheduled collection with the courier (service available in the USA and UK countries and order ID printing.

Finally click on "save Amazon shipping data" to save your shipping data.

Click the “Save” button to save your Amazon configuration and start publishing your products.
