Premise

To create a Temu setup on Poleepo, you will need to install the official Poleepo app on the Temu store and get the API token to enable communication between the marketplace and our platform.

How do I authorize Poleepo app on Temu and get API Token?

To get the Temu API Token you will need to log in to the Temu Seller Center:

  • Click on Apps & Services -> then App Store

  • Search for the Poleepo App in the top right of the search field

  • Click Authorize

  • Leave all general permissions, sensitive permissions and duration active (1 year of authorization)

  • Authorize Temu “ I am contacting Temu to provide Poleepo access to my Sales Partner account and related data. I am responsible for all actions taken by the application.”

  • Click on send

  • Once you have authorized the Poleepo app, you will get the access token, which you will need to provide to our support, who will take care of enabling your configuration on Temu.

    The Token expires annually and must be renewed by the seller on Temu and then updated on Poleepo.

Temu Token Update

As previously mentioned, the Temu Token has an annual expiration date and at its end it must be replaced with a new Token to be inserted in the configuration on Poleepo.

  • Enter your Temu reserved area and click on " modify permissions "

  • Check all the necessary permissions (general and sensitive)

  • finally click on send, in this way the system will generate a new access token to insert in the configuration and the old one will no longer be valid;

Configure Temu

To configure the Temu marketplace on Poleepo, follow the path Menu > Configuration > Sales channels > Temu .

If you have already obtained the access token, in the steps described above and sent it to our support, they will take care of inserting the three required values ​​in the configuration:

  • the access token

  • l'App Secret

  • l'app Key

Once the three values ​​have been entered, you will have to click on the "verify configuration" button.

You will then need to enable the configuration via the button at the top right, enable order downloading and save the configuration.

You will have the option to delete local publications.

Product Release

Publishing products is not yet supported on Poleepo, so you will have to create the product on Temu and then report two identifiers on Poleepo:

  • Goods ID → if the product has a variant on Temu, this value is the same for all variants

  • Sku ID → unique identifier of the product or variant

When publishing you will receive an error and you will need to enter these two values ​​to proceed with the synchronization.

Tracking Update

Tracking updates can only be performed with some carriers:

  • BRT

  • DHL

  • GLS

  • ITALIAN POST OFFICE

  • POST 1

  • FEDEX
