List of retreats booked for shippers
By following the path Menu > Shipping > Booked retreats , it is possible to view and delete the retreat request operations sent to the reference shipper.
View filters
You will be able to filter the booked retreats to view in the list, according to the following criteria:
shipper
Creation date
Collection date
Information displayed
For each pickup, the following information will be displayed:
Booking Code – Your Courier's booking code
shipper – The shipper on which the collection was booked
Creation Date – Date the operation was created
Pickup Date – Expected pickup date of packages
Number of packages Number of packages to be collected
Total weight (Kg) – Total weight of the goods in Kg.
Total insured (€) – Total insured (if insured packages are present)
Collection address – Address of the goods collection location
Actions – Delete Pickup button
Deleting a Pickup Request
Using the appropriate button, it will be possible to delete your collection request on the courier portal. Remember that the deadline at which it is allowed to cancel the booked collection varies depending on the shipper, location and collection area.
