How to handle problematic orders

On the order detail page, you can report any issues related to that order. This will flag it with an alert and you can add a reminder note.

Click “Report Problem” in the top right menu.

If necessary, click “Add note” in the box for the reported issue.

Once the problem has been resolved, you can report it by clicking "Resolve Problem".

Note: The system will keep track of the previously resolved issue, indicating it in the order list with a blue triangle and the previously entered note. If the note is deleted, no trace will be kept.

Viewing Issues in the Order List

On the "Your Orders" page, orders with reported issues, even if they date back to before your last order, will be treated with priority and always placed at the top of the list. If a note has been added, a purple triangle will appear on the order line. This "reminder" will allow you to monitor and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Once the issue is marked as "resolved," the orders will return to their chronological order, displaying a small blue triangle, placed there to remind you that an issue has been addressed and resolved on that specific order, containing a reminder note.
