How to manage orders with problems

On the order detail page, you can report any problem relating to that order. This way it will be marked with an alert and it will be possible to insert a reminder note.

Click on “Report Problem” in the menu at the top right.

If necessary, click on "Add note" in the box of the reported problem.

Once the problem has been resolved, you can communicate the resolution by clicking on "Resolve Problem".

NB: The system will keep track of the previous problem then resolved by indicating it, in the order list, with a blue triangle and the previously inserted note. However, if the note is deleted, no trace will be kept.

Viewing Issues in the order list

On the "Your Orders" page, the orders on which a problem has been reported, even if with a date prior to the last order, will be treated with priority and always placed at the top of the list and, if a note has been entered, it will be shown a purple triangle on the order line. This "reminder" will allow you to monitor and resolve the various problems in the shortest possible time.

When the problem is marked as "resolved", the orders will return to their chronological place, showing a small blue triangle, placed to remind you that a problem has been addressed and resolved on that specific order containing a reminder note.
