Creating a new manual order
To create a new manual order on Poleepo follow the path: Menu > Orders > New order.
In this section you can create new orders useful for managing returns, telephone orders or orders from sales channels not integrated into Poleepo.
To create a new order you will need the following information:
Customer data
Order data
Shipping address / Billing
Product detail
Customer data
In this section you can enter the data of the customer who placed the order.
Name – Mandatory field
Surname
Date of birth
Email address
Telephone
Order data
In this section you can enter the data relating to the customer's order
Order Status – Mandatory field
Sales Channel (If not present in the list, select “Other” and manually type the name in the appropriate field) – Mandatory field
Shipping method
Payment method
Cash on delivery (If activated, enter the actual cost of the service in the "cash value" field to add it to the order total)
Delivery / Billing Address
In this section you can enter the data relating to the delivery address of the order.
Name and surname
Society
VAT number and tax code
Telephone and email
Address – Mandatory field
Postcode – Mandatory field
City – Mandatory field
Province – Mandatory field
Country – Mandatory field
If the billing address is different from the shipping address, enter the required data in the "Billing Address" section, otherwise check the "Billing address coincides with delivery address" option.
Add Product
In this section you can select the products to add to the order
Simply click on the "Add Product" button to open the product selection window.
If the product is already present on Poleepo:
In the "Select product" field start typing the name or code to get a suggested list of items to insert.
Choose a product.
The “Title” field will be automatically populated. If necessary it will be possible to modify this field.
Select the quantities to add in the “Quantity” field .
The “Unit selling price” fields and the “VAT” field will be populated automatically. If necessary it will be possible to modify these fields.
Indicate a shipping price to apply to the product in the "Shipping Price" field . If you want to apply free shipping, enter the value “0”
Click on the “Add” button .
If the product is not present on Poleepo:
Skip the “Select product” field
In the “Title” field , enter the name of the product you want to include in the order.
Select the quantities to add in the "Quantity" field .
Indicate in the "Unit selling price" and "VAT" fields respectively the selling price of the individual product (VAT included) and the VAT percentage to be calculated.
Indicate a shipping price to apply to the product in the "Shipping Price" field . If you want to apply free shipping, enter the value “0”
Click on the “Add” button .
Viewing the new order
You will be able to view the new order you just created by following the path Menu > Orders > Your orders . From this screen you will be able to access the order details, create an associated shipment and change the order status on Poleepo.
Deleting a new order
You can delete a new order by following the path Menu > Orders > Your orders and entering the order details and clicking on the "Delete" button at the top right.
Attention! You will be able to delete a new order created only if it has no associated shipping.
