Main publishing errors on Amazon

Description and resolution of possible publishing errors on Amazon when publishing a product with Poleepo.

AMAZON ITALIA returned the following error message: The SKU does not match any ASIN. The data provided regarding the product does not meet the requirements for creating a new ASIN.

The product you are trying to publish is not present in the Amazon catalog.

How to solve it:
Log in to your Amazon account ( https://sellercentral.amazon.it/ ) and create the listing card for the product you are trying to publish using the same SKU and EAN present in the product on Poleepo.

8026: Not Authorized to List Products in Category

Amazon applies selling restrictions to certain brands, categories, subcategories, and ASINs.
If you try to list restricted products you may receive error 8026 on your products listed on Amazon.

How to resolve:
To resolve the error you need to make an approval request for restricted products to Amazon.

  • Log in to Seller Central.

  • Go to Catalog and select Add Products.

  • Perform a search to locate the item you wish to sell.

  • In the search results, click on the Sale subject to approval link next to the relevant item.

  • Click on Request authorization to start the request process.

AMAZON ITALIA ha restituito il seguente messaggio di errore: 8541 Error The SKU data provided is different from what's already in the Amazon catalog. The item_id data provided matches ASIN , but the following data is different from what's already in the Amazon catalog: standard_product_id. If this is the right ASIN for your product, update your data to match what's in the Amazon catalog. If it's not the right ASIN, make sure that your data for item_id is correct.

The product was found via ASIN code, but has a different SKU on Poleepo than the one listed in the Amazon catalog.

How to solve:

SOLUTION 1:
Update the Poleepo product SKU by entering the SKU listed in the Amazon listing.
( Attention! by changing the SKU of a product on Poleepo, the information of the publications on all sales channels will be updated, this could lead to a misalignment).

SOLUTION 2:
Delete the offer on Amazon and recreate it via Poleepo.
