Prepare your product

Publish your offer on Amazon
At the bottom of the product page, locate the “Amazon” box .
To publish offers on Amazon, click on the “Publish” button , wait a few seconds and your product will be available for sale within 20 minutes.
The product you want to associate the offer with must be present in the Amazon catalog. Offers are associated via EAN (Barcode), UPC , ISBN , or ASIN (Amaz-Standard-Identification Number) , so you MUST enter at least one of these values in the appropriate fields.
If the barcode has been entered in the main product sheet, but the publication will fail with the warning:
“AMAZON ITALY returned the following error message: XXXX, Missing Attributes product_type…”
log in to your Amazon account ( https://sellercentral.amazon.it/ ) and create the listing for the product you are trying to publish using the same SKU and EAN as the product on Poleepo,
Or create your product on Amazon directly from Poleepo: read the dedicated article for more information .
If you don't have the EAN code but have identified the ASIN code for the Amazon product listing where you want to publish your offer, click " Publish" in the Amazon box on Poleepo.
Poleepo will first search the Amazon catalog for products that match your title. A pop-up will then open with a list of suggested products and their corresponding ASIN code. Simply choose one of the products on which to publish your offer, or enter the ASIN code you previously identified directly.
If Poleepo doesn't find any products matching your title, you will be required to enter the ASIN code you found.
If you don't have the EAN or UPC available to create Amazon product sheets, you can :
If you are the manufacturer of your items, registering with the Brand Registry allows you to publish your items without the obligation of the EAN/UPC code and to request GCID codes (exemption code).
If you're an authorized reseller, you can request EAN/UPC exemption for your products via a manufacturer's letter. On this page, you'll be asked for a letter from Amazon: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/200317520?ref=ag_200317520_cont_200211450&locale=it-IT
Review or edit your Amazon listing details
After publishing your offer, you can edit some of the listing information to make it different from the main product information. (For example, if you want to change the category, sell your product at a different price, apply a percentage discount, use a different description than the main product, etc.)
Click the “Detail” button in the “Amazon” box to edit the information.
What information can I change?
You can edit the following information:
Selling price
Percentage of the selling price. Percentage of sales compared to the price on Poleepo
Set a discount. Either as a percentage or a fixed price.
Minimum price allowed (1)
Maximum price allowed (2)

2 The maximum price allowed. If you set a price higher than the maximum price allowed, you will receive an email notification informing you that your offer has become inactive.
Update the publication
Once you have finished making changes to the information, click on the “Update” button : your publication will change to the “Pending publication” status and within 20 minutes Poleepo will align the same information on your product published on Amazon.
Move the publication
You also have the option to move the existing publication to a new product, dissociating it from the old one. For more details, read the dedicated article .
