In the “Accepted payment methods” field , enter the payment methods you wish to accept on eBay. If PayPal is among those you choose, enter the email address of the PayPal account to which you want to receive the money in the next field.

Default shipping rule

Indicate which of your shipping rules should be entered by default for your new eBay publications.
Shipping rules will need to be created and edited directly on your eBay store. Poleepo will retrieve the rules in real time.

Add maximum quantity for publications

Sometimes eBay places limits on the number of products that a seller can offer for sale or on the monetary value of these products: To calculate these values, the quantity available on the listings is used, for example if you have only one listing on eBay with quantity 10 and price €10 for eBay you are selling 10 products with a total value of €100. Limiting the maximum quantity of eBay listings can help you list a greater variety of products.

  • The “ Price up to” field refers to the price including taxes.

  • The “Maximum quantity” field refers to the actual quantity that Poleepo will send on the various eBay listings.

If present, the quantities of the variants will also be limited. Changing this value will not affect products already published.

Returns and Returns Policy.

Through these fields it is possible to establish and describe the return and return policies to be indicated to eBay and the customer.

Changing these fields will only apply to new publications.

Truncates product titles that exceed 80 characters

eBay imposes an 80-character limit on listing titles.
Enabling this option will automatically truncate the titles of new eBay listings when they exceed 80 characters.
If you disable this option, when publishing a product with a title that exceeds the allowed limit, you will see an error notification on the product and will have to change the title manually.

Enable the configuration

Enable eBay configuration by clicking the “Enabled” switch at the top right.

Click on the "Enable Order Download " switch to allow Poleepo to download your orders from eBay to manage them

Finally click the “Save” button

Now you can manage your eBay products and orders directly from Poleepo!
