eBay Setup: Requirements
To set up eBay on Poleepo, your eBay account must meet the following requirements:
Your seller account must be a business account.

here.You must have the “Selling Policy Manager” feature enabled in your eBay account, a free service that helps you monitor your shipping, payment, and return policies.
Activate the "Sold Out" option (Required for Poleepo to work correctly with eBay
)
Here's how to enable the Sold Out option on eBay:
Go to Account Settings
In the “Selling Preferences” section, activate the switch: Listings with multiple items Listings remain active when you have run out of stock.
Start eBay setup
Go to eBay Settings
> Sales Channels > Marketplace and click on “eBay” in the Marketplace section.
Select the country to configure from the following list:
For eBay Belgium there are two selections, the first one is in French, the second one in Dutch.
By clicking the “Configure” button , you will be redirected to the eBay login page and asked to authorize Poleepo to use your account.
On the next page, enter your eBay seller account login credentials. Click "Login" to authorize Poleepo , and then click "I Accept" to accept eBay's terms and conditions.

Default shipping rule
Specify which of your shipping rules should be the default for your new eBay listings.
Shipping rules must be created and edited directly in your eBay store. Poleepo will retrieve the rules in real time.
Add maximum quantity for publications
Sometimes eBay limits the number of products a seller can list or the monetary value of those products. These values are calculated using the quantity available on the listings. For example, if you have a single listing on eBay with a quantity of 10 and a price of €10, you are selling 10 products with a total value of €100. Limiting the maximum quantity of listings on eBay can help you list a wider variety of products.
The “ Price up to” field refers to the price including taxes.
The “Maximum Quantity” field refers to the actual quantity that Poleepo will send on the various eBay listings.
Returns and Refund Policy.
These fields allow you to establish and describe the return and refund policies to be communicated to eBay and the customer.
Changing these fields will only apply to new publications.
The city of origin and country of origin of the products indicate the location and country from which the products are shipped.
Truncate product titles that exceed 80 characters
eBay imposes an 80-character limit on listing titles.
Enabling this option will automatically truncate new eBay listing titles when they exceed 80 characters.
If you disable this option, when you post a product with a title that exceeds the limit, you'll see an error notification on the product and will need to edit the title manually.
Enable configuration
Click the “Save” button
Now you can manage your eBay products and orders directly from Poleepo!

Enable product synchronization
By enabling or disabling this option, updates on eBay Italy products or offers will be sent or not sent.
Import products
By clicking on the " import products " button, the products on your eBay that are not managed by Poleepo will be downloaded.
