Prepare your product
On Leroy Merlin, from Poleepo it is possible to create offers for existing products in the Leroy Merlin catalogue and it is also possible to create product sheets directly from Poleepo: for more details read the dedicated article .

Publish your product on Leroy Merlin
At the bottom of the product page, identify the "Leroy Merlin" box and click on the "Publish" button , wait a few seconds and your product will be available for sale within 20 minutes.
The product you want to publish must be present in the Leroy Merlin catalogue. The association of publications is performed via EAN (Barcode) therefore it is NECESSARY to insert a valid barcode in the EAN field of the main product.
If the barcode has been entered but is not published with the warning:
“LEROY MERLIN returned the following error message: The product does not exist”
log in to your account on Leroy Merlin ( https://leroymerlin-marketplace.mirakl.net/login ) and create the listing for the product you are trying to publish using the same SKU and EAN present in the product on Poleepo.
Check or edit the details of your publication on Leroy Merlin
After publishing the product on Leroy Merlin, you can modify some information in the publication by differentiating it from the information of the main product. (e.g. if you want to change the category, sell your product at a different price, apply a discount percentage, use a different description than that of the main product, etc.)
Click on the “Detail” button in the “Leroy Merlin” box to modify the information.
What information can I change?
You can change the following information:
Name (The title on the publication on Leroy Merlin will remain unchanged)
Product SKU on Leroy Merlin
EAN
MPN
Minimum quantity warning
Shipping information (Shipping time, Logistics class, Weight in kg)
Sale price excluding VAT
Sale price VAT included
Additional information about the offer price
Discount percentage and Discounted price taxes included (if you fill out one of these fields you can also enter start and end dates when discounted prices are entered.)
In general, the logic with which Poleepo sends the discount to the channel is as follows:
If a discount rule is active, the dates indicated by the rule will be sent;
If there is no discount rule on the offer, the one entered manually in the offer form will be sent;
If there is a discount (in the rules or on the specific offer) but the dates are not indicated by either party, they will be sent to each update as a start "Yesterday" and as an end " Today + 30 days "
The start and end dates can be entered both by CSV file (after indicating the percentage of discount and / or the discounted price) in the catalog > publications section and in the general section of the Price Rules.
10. You can disable any pricing rules on this publication, in the Price Rules Tab. If you deactivate this option, we will delete, if any, the price rules from this product and will no longer be applied in the future.
Update the publication
Once you have changed the information, click on the "Update" button to make the changes effective immediately on your product on Leroy Merlin.
Move the publication
You also have the option to move the existing publication to a new product, dissociating it from the old one. For more details read the dedicated article .
