In this guide, we'll see how to integrate Amazon on Poleepo to centralize your catalog, inventory, and orders, making multi-channel operations simpler and more efficient.
Requirements
Set up Amazon – To set up Amazon on Poleepo, your Amazon account must be set to “PRO Seller.”
If this requirement is not met, or if it is lost, Poleepo will not be able to communicate with Amazon to update product quantities and download orders.
To upgrade your Amazon account to PRO Seller:
Log in to your Amazon account
Click on the Settings menu – Account Information
In the "Your Services" section , click "Manage"
Click on the “Upgrade” button and follow the instructions.

Set up Amazon on Poleepo
On Poleepo, reach the Amazon configuration by following the path:
Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels > Amazon.
Then click the button:
“Configure EU" - To configure European countries;
“Configure USA" - To configure the USA country;
You'll be directed to the Amazon Seller Central authorization page. On this screen, grant all the authorizations and click the button to confirm.
Enable configurations for various countries
Enable Amazon configuration for each country you want to sell to by clicking the destination country and clicking the “Enable” button.

Add maximum quantity for publications
This feature allows you to limit the quantities (inventory) sent by Poleepo to your Amazon listings. This can be useful if you use supplier CSV files containing the supplier's total inventory to update your product quantities on Poleepo.
The “Price up to” field refers to the price including taxes.
The “Maximum Quantity” field refers to the actual quantity that Poleepo will send on the various Amazon listings.
If applicable, the quantities of variants will also be limited.
Changing these values will not affect products already published.
Set management times
In the "Handling Time" section , enter the time it takes to prepare your package for shipping. This information will be displayed in your Amazon listings. You can also define the maximum preparation day for each product individually.
Click on the "Update" button to update the handling times
Click the "save" button to save the management times.
Inventory management only
By enabling this feature, when updating an offer, all the information on Amazon will be sent to Amazon
(Price, handling time, identifiers, quantity, condition of the item, notes on the item)
You can choose from the options
" I don't want to manage only inventory " > This option is the standard default behavior: Poleepo will send all information to Amazon
(Price, handling time, identifiers, quantity, item conditions, notes on the item)"I only want to manage inventory" > This option sends all data except the price, even on the first publication.
"I want to manage only stock and send the price in first publication"
This option sends all data upon initial publication. Following each product update on Poleepo, all data except the price will be sent to Amazon.
Enable product synchronization
By enabling or disabling this option, updates on Amazon products or offers will be sent or not sent.
Enable order download
Click on the “Enable Order Download ” switch to allow Poleepo to download your orders from Amazon so you can manage them.
Enable downloading of product orders in Amazon logistics
Click on the “Enable download of Amazon Fulfillment Orders ” switch to allow Poleepo to also download Amazon Fulfillment (Amazon FBA) orders, otherwise only the orders that need to be fulfilled by the seller will be downloaded.
Enable shipping purchases with Amazon
Enabling this option for Amazon orders will make it possible to purchase shipments directly from Amazon.
Please indicate for which orders you want to enable Amazon shipping :
Whether to use shipping for Amazon Prime orders;
Or use shipping for all Amazon orders;
2. Indicate what type of confirmation you expect the courier to provide :
Delivery confirmation with adult signature;
Delivery confirmation with signature;
Delivery confirmation without signature;
No delivery confirmation;
3. Then also indicate the type of printing .

4. You can also enable scheduled collection with the courier by activating the appropriate flag (service available in the USA and UK countries and printing the order ID.
5. You can also print the order ID by always activating the flag on the right.
6. Finally, click on " save Amazon shipping data " to save your shipping data.
Publication template
From the Amazon configuration, you can create a publishing template to centrally manage the enhancement of Amazon attributes for the creation of product pages on the marketplace.
