In this guide we will see how to integrate Quirumed with Poleepo to centralize catalog, stock and order management , automate data exchange and simplify multi-channel management, ensuring information consistency, operational control and scalability .
Configure Quirumed your Poleepo
Access the Quirumed configuration from the path:
Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels and click on the “Quirumed” box .
Click on the country you want to configure, entering the API Token and Shop ID, from your reserved area on the marketplace.
Where can I find the Shop ID?
The Shop ID, also called the store identifier, is a 4 or 5 digit code that can be retrieved from your Quirumed reserved area (usually located in the top left corner)
Where can I find the API Token?
You will find the token by entering your Quirumed reserved area: https://quirumedes-prod.mirakl.net/
(You must have the username and password provided to you when your seller account is activated.)
Once you have entered the required data, click on " verify configuration ".
Then proceed with the configuration by indicating the shipping times by specifying:
The maximum number of days you typically take to ship the goods in your warehouse.
When listing the product, we'll use these values if no delivery times have been defined for the individual product listing. If no delivery times are specified, the values set by the supplier, if applicable, or the store will be used.the default logistics class , among those present in the list.
Then click on " save ".
Enable configuration
Enable configuration via the flag in the top right, this way you can manage products and orders on Poleepo.
Enable product synchronization
By enabling this option, updates on Quirumed products or offers will be sent.
Enable order download configuration
Click on the “Enable Order Download ” switch to allow Poleepo to download your orders from Quirumed so you can manage them.
Choose whether to accept orders automatically by enabling automatic order acceptance. If a downloaded order is in the "pending" status on Quirumed, it will be automatically accepted by Poleepo after synchronizing the order's inventory.
Publication template
From the Quirumed configuration, you can create a publication template to centrally manage the valorization of Quirumed attributes for the creation of product sheets on the marketplace.
