In this guide, we'll see how to integrate Allegro with Poleepo to centralize catalog, inventory, and order management, automate operational flows, and simplify multichannel management, building a scalable and efficient infrastructure.
Premise
To set up Allegro on Poleepo you must be an active seller on the marketplace.
Configure Allegro on Poleepo
Access the Allegro configuration by going to: Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels and clicking on the “Allegro” box.
Click on "configure" > by clicking on configure you will be redirected to the login page of your Allegro account and you will be asked to authorize Poleepo to use your account.
Select the country to configure and enter the data required by the configuration on Poleepo.
This data must be configured on your Allegro account (with the exception of security information, which is a text field) and is retrieved by Poleepo. Since it is mandatory data, you can set default values in the configuration and change them when publishing the offer.
Shipping Rates (The shipping rates configured on Allegro that will be applied to your offers. This field defines the available delivery methods, shipping costs, and delivery times for customers.)
Implied warranty (the legal warranty of the product , as required by European regulations. It serves to indicate to customers how long the product is covered by the warranty in the event of defects or malfunctions.
Return Policy (Select the return conditions configured on Allegro . This setting defines the number of days within which the customer can return the product and how the return is handled. On Allegro, the customer generally has at least 14 days to withdraw from the purchase according to European regulations.)
Default Manufacturer ( Specifies the default manufacturer to associate with offers when this information is not already present in the product data. This value can be changed later when publishing the offer.)

Save and enable the configuration
Save the information entered and enable the configuration via the flag in the top right.
Enable product synchronization
Enable this option to send you updates on Allegro products or offers.
Enable order download
Click on the “Enable Order Download ” switch to allow Poleepo to download your orders from Allegro so you can manage them.
The “Delete local publications” button removes from Poleepo all Allegro offers saved locally on the platform.
This operation only deletes the data present in Poleepo (publications and associations), without deleting the offers already active on Allegro .
