  1. Import publications

To create a configuration of creation of Allegro products proceed from Catalogues > Publications and click on +New Configuration.

Upload the product-containing file and related information taking care to select the correct text separator and delimiter (if any). Then click on Analyze.

Select the AllegroAllegro and Import Publications sales channel.

Leaving both switches disabled, publications will be created only for products that already exist on Poleepo.

By enabling the “Update an already present publication” switch, if there is already a registry of a product on Poleepo and its publication Allegro, the information will be overwritten and updated with the new data in the file.

By enabling the switch “If there is no product to associate the publication with, create it” the product registry and its publication on Allegro will be created.

Not enabling it, however, will be created the publication only for products that already exist on Poleepo.

Proceed by filtering search identifiers, searching for products or publications.

Proceed with the mapping of the identifiers, information, prices and additional fields of Allegro and click on "forward".

Attribute a name to the configuration and save.

After that from the Catalogs>Publications section at the buttons under Actions click on the first Play.

Upload the file again, click Preview and then run to launch the configuration.

2. Update publications

If you intend to update the publications, you will need to proceed with a publication update configuration and map only the fields you intend to update.
