Premise

From the Benu configuration you can create a publication template to centrally manage the enhancement of Benu attributes for the creation of product sheets on the marketplace.

When creating the draft of the product sheet that you will publish on Benu, you can use the previously created template to enhance its attributes.

Publishing template management

Default template

Clicking on the "Publishing Templates" button will open a page with a list of created templates.

If you haven't created any templates yet, you'll only see a generic, non-deletable default template that Poleepo provides to make attribute mapping easier. You can simply duplicate it and edit it as needed.

Create new template

If you don't want to use the default template that Poleepo provides, you can choose to create one from scratch by clicking the + create template button.

You will need to name the template you are creating and indicate the category to which it is associated.

Edit template

By clicking on the pencil icon you can edit/modify the newly created or duplicated template chosen for publication.

From here you can map the attributes required by Benu grouped under each field, divided into mandatory - optional .

By checking the "show only required fields" flag, only the required fields required by Benu will be displayed.

Below each field you will see

  • on the left side the attributes required by Benu;

  • On the right side, the fields with the corresponding values and characteristics to map to Poleepo. In the right-hand fields, in addition to the values to select, you can also enter fixed values manually;

The fields will update automatically as you enter the chosen value.

For more details on how to use the Benu template when creating product sheets, read the dedicated article .
