CREATION AND PUBLICATION OF PRODUCT SHEETS ON MARKETPLACES

This article provides a general guide on how to create and publish product pages through the Poleepo platform on the various supported marketplaces. This new feature allows you to quickly and centrally manage product information, descriptions, images, and more across the various marketplaces from Poleepo, ensuring consistent and accurate information.

Poleepo supports the publication of product pages on marketplaces such as Amazon, Redcare, and Castorama.

Each marketplace may have specific requirements for titles, descriptions, or images.

You can manage specific publishing templates made available by Poleepo from the configuration of each supported marketplace to facilitate publishing. (In the figure, we use Amazon as an example.)

You will need to click on the " Publishing Template " button at the bottom of the chosen marketplace configuration .

A tab will open where you can create the publishing template for the chosen marketplace or duplicate the default one provided by Poleepo.

You can also edit the template you are creating (except the default one)

In this section you can map the attributes required by the marketplace grouped under each field.

By checking the "show only required fields" flag, only the required fields required by the marketplace will be shown.

Below each field, you will see the attributes required by the marketplace on the left side, and the fields with the corresponding values ​​and characteristics to be mapped on Poleepo on the right side.

The fields will update automatically as you enter the chosen value.

Publishing templates are useful when drafting the product sheet you'll publish on the marketplace, allowing you to quickly highlight its attributes, saving time and manual effort.

To create and publish a product sheet from Poleepo on one of the marketplaces that supports its publication, go to the product details, reach the box of the marketplace on which you want to publish the product sheet and click on the " create " button.

You'll first need to indicate the product category on the chosen marketplace and the publishing template to associate with the category, so as to pre-empt the attribute values ​​required by the marketplace when creating the product sheet draft.

Then click on " create draft ".

If you've previously created your own template, review the information you entered. If you used the generic template provided by Poleepo, complete the attributes required by the marketplace.

To speed up the mapping process, you can choose whether to show only the required fields using the flag on the right, or type the name of the attributes you want to check/edit in the search bar.

You can choose at any time whether to delete or update the publication draft (without however publishing it on the marketplace)

By clicking the " update and publish " button, you will publish the product sheet on the chosen marketplace.

Once the product sheet has been published by Poleepo, after appropriate verification of the accuracy of the data by the marketplace, it will be automatically created on the chosen marketplace with all the information entered during the publication phase.

This way, with just a few simple clicks, you can manage product listing publications directly from the Poleepo interface, without having to switch between the various marketplace interfaces, thus saving time and manual actions.
