Zero Inventory Behavior on Marketplaces

In this guide we will explain the behavior that each sales channel adopts once the products, having exhausted their stock, reach quantity 0.

1) As regards Amazon, Manomano and all channels with Mirakl technology (e.g. Leroy Merlin, ePrice, Ibs etc.), the products are zero on Poleepo but are inactive on the channels .

2) Ebay instead leaves the products viewable but not purchasable when they go to 0 on Poleepo.

Furthermore, eBay does not allow you to publish products with 0 quantity, we recommend deleting the publication from Poleepo and trying again when the product has a positive quantity.

3) Prestashop and Shopify also leave products viewable but not purchasable.

4) As for Woocommerce, it depends on the options set on the site. The first option means that zero products are not visible, the second one means that they are visible but still cannot be purchased .
