Poleepo's 3PL external logistics services

Through Poleepo API keys, you can transmit your online orders to external logistics systems integrated with Poleepo and receive information on the processing status of the logistics centers, which will optimize the management and speed of delivery of your orders until shipment confirmation, which will be transmitted by Poleepo to your online sales channel.

Stores that do not have a storage warehouse or logistics resources can take advantage of 3PL external logistics, which will improve operational efficiency and order management, saving costs and streamlining the sales flow.

How to create and configure a 3PL external logistics service on Poleepo

Open the left menu, go to Suppliers > Your Suppliers > Create Suppliers

You will then have to indicate the name and the minimum and maximum supply days and indicate, using the tick below, whether it is a DropShipping supplier or an External Logistics.

If you select the "Dropshipping Supplier" option, you will need to indicate the address by completing the respective fields and indicate the opening and closing hours (morning or afternoon), goods availability/collection time and any additional instructions.

Finally click on the " create " button at the bottom right.

You will be able to find the newly created Supplier in the "Your Suppliers" list

To connect the products on Poleepo to external logistics, you will need to add the supply associated with the supplier you just created.

API Key Creation for External Logistics

You will then need to go to the "Configuration" > API menu section to create the API key that will allow communication between Poleepo and the logistics service.

Go to the "create key" section to create the API key.

From here you can manage your login credentials and configured WebHooks.

Please remember that this is sensitive data that should not be shared lightly.

Next you will have to give the key a name and indicate the various permissions:

Supplier Permission : Indicates what information the key will have access to, if selected the supplier will not be able to view data from other suppliers.

To show external logistics only orders related to its supply, select the supplier you just created and associated with your logistics as the supplier.

Order Permissions: Access to order list, order status and inventory assignment.

Product Permissions : Access to product list, create new products, update product data. Create and modify publication data.

Shipment Permission: Access to the shipment list, create new shipments, update shipment data. Create, edit and download courier waybills.

Finally you will have to click the " save " button at the bottom right.

This way you will have successfully generated Poleepo API keys. (public key and secret key).

Copy and keep safe the newly generated credentials.

Please note that you will not be able to view your private key again once it has been generated.

The private key will no longer be accessible once the alert is closed. Copy it and keep it safe.

Thanks to the API keys created and activated, logistics will be able to download orders containing only the products stored within that logistics.
