Before starting
Before you start setting up Ecwid on Poleepo, you will need to create an account on the Ecwid site:
Once you have completed registration and entered the site you will have to go to the Add new app section:
Subsequently, in the screen that opens, you will have to recover the data useful for the configuration, namely:
the public token
the secret token
He customer Id
He Secret Customer
The shop ID at the bottom of the page;
Reach and configure Ecwid from the menu
To start setting up Ecwid on Poleepo, open the menu on the left, go to Configuration> Sales channels and click on Ecwid in the e-commerce section.
Check if you have changed the Ecwid site
If you have changed your ECWID site you need to delete the existing configuration and all ECWID related information present on Poleepo (Products, attributes, categories etc.).
Once this is done, you can recreate the configuration with the data of the new site and proceed with the import of the products.
To delete the current configuration and all ECWID products present in the platform, press the Delete Configuration button.
Create the Configuration
To create or recreate the configuration, you will need to enter the data collected previously and fill in the required fields.
Finally click on "verify configuration" to verify your configuration.
Subsequently
fill in the "flag plugin name" field;
Enable Product Sync to send updates about your Ecwid products or offers;
enable order downloading to allow Poleepo to manage them;
Save and enable the configuration
Click on the save button to save the configuration settings and enable it by activating the flag at the top right.
Category Management

By clicking on the " manage categories " button you can create, edit or delete an existing category on the Ecwid site.
Before importing your products from Ecwid
Before you import products from Ecwid and start managing them from Poleepo , you first need to associate your site's categories with those in Poleepo.
You have two ways to do this:
importing the categories directly from Ecwid, in this case they will be created on Poleepo and automatically associated with the ecommerce.
manually associating Ecwid categories with those on Poleepo.

Thanks to this step you will give Poleepo the possibility to publish your products in the right categories of your e-commerce.
If this step is not performed, the products will be listed as "uncategorized".
You can also check whether the products are eligible for import by clicking the "check products" button.
You can download the report of your latest product check by clicking the "download report" button.
Import products
To import products from Ecwid to Poleepo, click on the " Import Products " button.
