Poleepo wants to allow everyone to grow their business, that's why "Forever Free" was born. The only free plan that allows those in the initial phase to use all the potential of Poleepo without worries.
Yes, you understood correctly, if your business is included in this plan you can use it for free forever!
“Forever Free” will be set by default on every new store created on the Poleepo platform. This is to allow you to get to know the platform and start growing. When your business exceeds the limits imposed by the plan or when you have full knowledge of poleepo, you will be able to upgrade, based on your needs, to one of the paid plans that can be viewed by clicking here .
Subsequently, by deactivating the automatic renewal of your paid plan from your store settings, you will still be able to use the Poleepo platform, returning to the basic "Forever Free" plan.
What happens when you switch to the “Forever Free” plan?
When your store moves from one of the “Unlimited” or “Grow with us” paid plans to the “Forever Free” plan, you will have to consider that many features will be limited.

In the event that your condition of origin (from one of the paid plans) exceeds some of the limitations imposed by “Forever Free” (e.g. number of products – number of orders – number of pricing rules – etc.), Poleepo will automatically adapt your store to the new plan chosen.
We therefore invite you to analyze your situation and independently deactivate, according to your needs, all services, products and functions that could lead you to exceed the limits.
What does the automatic downgrade involve?
Deactivation of some products
The deactivation of any products that exceed the limit imposed by the Forever Free plan, published on channels that do not include the use of a dynamic URL of poleepo * , will not lead to the elimination of the corresponding publications on the connected channel, but only the impossibility of management and updating of products via Poleepo.

The deactivation of foreign channels that do not include the use of a dynamic poleepo URL * will not result in the elimination of the corresponding publications on the connected channel, but only in the impossibility of managing and updating the products via Poleepo.
The deactivation of foreign channels that require the use of a dynamic URL of poleepo * will result in the elimination of the corresponding publications on the connected channel, caused by the deactivation of the dynamic update feed. We therefore invite you to consult the technical assistance of the specific channel to prevent this from happening.
Deactivation of some pricing rules
To avoid dangerous price changes, we invite you to independently deactivate the rules that exceed the limit imposed by the Forever Free plan and to update the prices in time directly from the product publication details before your current plan expires.
Disabling update schedules via .CSV files
To avoid failure to automatically update inventory, we invite you to deactivate or reprogram active configurations independently before downgrading to the Forever Free plan.
Deactivation of suppliers
By switching to the Forever Free plan you will not be able to create more than 2 suppliers.
Block on order management
You will not be able to manage more monthly orders than those provided for by the Forever Free plan. Orders downloaded while using a paid plan will remain manageable.
Deactivations of all users created outside of the main user.
Only the user associated with the store creation email will be able to access the platform.
