Search Functions
Viewing the product list
By following the path Menu > Products > Your products, you will be able to view your products on Poleepo that meet certain search criteria.
The standard setting when opening the page is to view all the Active products on Poleepo. In the product list, various general information about the products will be displayed.
You can add and configure the desired columns by clicking on the “Configure Columns” button and clicking on the information you want to view.
The standard columns displayed will be:
Image: A preview of the product image will be displayed. By clicking on the image, the product editing window will open.
Sku: If it is a package product, an icon will be displayed to the right of the Sku and the associated products can be viewed by clicking on “+ more products”. If they are products with a variant, all the variants can be viewed by clicking on "+ Other variants". By clicking on a single Sku, the product editing window will open.
Marketplace: The logos of all sales channels on which the product is published will be displayed.
Errors: If the product is in error, an alert icon will be displayed.
Name: It will display the product name.
Total Stock: the sum of the quantities of the internal warehouse and suppliers will be displayed.
VAT Price: Price including VAT of the main product
Purchase Price: The internal or supplier purchase price will be shown.
Markup: Markup percentage on the purchase price.
N˚ Sales: Total number of sales of the product, coming from all sales channels.
Search mode
You can filter your products with the search functions on the product list on Poleepo.
Two search modes are available:
Simple Search
Advanced Search.
Simple search
With the simple search you can carry out a targeted search on your products, by SKU, EAN and product name using the “Smart Search” field.
Additional fields can be chained to the smart search. Using the “Sales channels” field you can filter the products based on the sales channels configured on your Poleepo account.
Using the “Last modified date” field instead, you can filter your products based on a range of dates established using the datePicker and some predefined options (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days etc..)
Advanced Search
You can apply additional filters to your product search using the advanced search. By clicking on the "Show advanced search" item , the section containing further fields and filters will open:
Total stock
Profit margin range
Price range without taxes
Sales markup range
Category
Product Active/Inactive
Repricing Active/Inactive
Providers
Import category
Single products/With variants/Package
Price rule
Product brand
Not published on sales channels
Product Sold/Not Sold
Product with Issues/Issues on the sales channel
Weight
Product tags
Custom filters for product search
You will also have the option to create and save custom filters to make your product searches easier by clicking on the +Save Filter option below .
Once you have saved the filter you just created, you can also rename it, delete it or set it as default (this way, when you reload the page, the initial search will start from it and not from the Default filter).
