Configure Meta on Poleepo

With Meta integration you can publish your products on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

  • Reach the Meta configuration by following the path: Menu > Configuration > Sales channels

  • In the "Social" section click on the "Meta" item

  • Select the sales channel on which your customers will complete the purchase by clicking on the relevant icon (You must have configured and activated at least one of the following sales channels on Poleepo: Woocommerce, Prestashop, eBay, Shopify )

  • Click on the “Create configuration” button

  • Enable the switch at the top right (Enabled)

  • By enabling the configuration, a new field will appear containing the URL of the datafeed to be sent to Meta

  • Copy the URL of the datafeed, you will need it later to insert it into your Meta account

Before the next step, we recommend publishing some products on Meta via Poleepo. The published products will be inserted into the datafeed, so you can check the correct configuration of your catalog during the first import process on Meta.
