Where can I create the API key and retrieve the contract ID to enter on Poleepo?
Enter the ManoMano Pro Toolbox and select the Italy account.
In the side menu click on “Parameters” and then “Api Keys”
Click on the “Create API Key” button
In the popup, enter “Poleepo” as the API Key name.
Click on the “Generate API KEY” button
Copy the API key and save it so you can enter it into Poleepo
( Make sure to copy your new API keys as they will be hidden once you close the popup)Copy the contract ID and save it so you can insert it into Poleepo.
The contract ID is a numeric value that can be retrieved in the API description as in the following image.
IMPORTANT : IF YOU ALSO MANAGE OTHER MANOMANO PRO COUNTRIES, COPY AND SAVE THE CONTRACT ID FOR EACH COUNTRY WHICH WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR EACH COUNTRY
Configure data on Poleepo
Go to the menu and enter the data in the configuration
Log in to Poleepo and go to the ManoMano Pro Configuration Section
( Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels: ManoMano Pro)
For each ManoMano Pro country configured on Poleepo, follow these steps:
In the “API Key” field, enter the token previously saved from the ManoMano Pro toolbox (The API KEY is identical for all countries, while the ContractId is different for each country).
In the “ Contract Code ” field , enter the contract ID for the selected country.
The “ Store Name ” field is equivalent to the default brand name / mandatory brand
(If you have an unbranded product on Poleepo, the " shop name " value you indicated in the configuration will be used in the feed)
Click the button: Check configuration.
Repeat the operation for any additional countries by entering the API Key and the relevant Contract Code.
Once the configuration is verified, activate the switch in the top right "Enabled"
Feed Section
In the “Feed Separator” section , define a separator for the generated datafeed (“Vertical Line” recommended).
By enabling " attribute management in the feed ", all the columns of the mandatory and recommended attributes of ManoMano Pro will be inserted into it.
In the “Feed Creation” section , define, if necessary, the sales channel from which the ManoMano Pro feed data will be taken (Prices, description, etc.) < (NOT MANDATORY).
Click on the image of the corresponding sales channel configured on Poleepo . (Available: Woocommerce, Prestashop, Shopify, eBay).
You can skip this step by selecting "None" (RECOMMENDED).
Courier grid
1. The Carrier Grid Manages ManoMano Pro shipping templates.
NB The name of the couriers that you will enter on Poleepo must coincide with the names of the couriers present on ManoMano Pro in the "delivery settings" section in "your shipping templates"
For each courier you must indicate the relative shipping time.
These values will be given priority in new ManoMano Pro publications.
NB For new ManoMano Pro publications, changing this information does not affect existing ManoMano Pro publications.
2. Choose the first 4 couriers from those you have set up on ManoMano Pro.
Accepted values for shipping times are in the format Minimum and Maximum separated by the # character or a single value is equally accepted .
Enable product synchronization
By enabling this option, updates on ManoMano Pro products or offers will be sent.
Enable order downloading and choose whether to accept orders automatically
Enable order downloading and choose whether to automatically accept orders (by enabling automatic order acceptance, if a downloaded order is in the "pending" status on ManoMano Pro, it will be automatically accepted by Poleepo after synchronizing the order's inventory).
Configure ManoMano Pro with Poleepo's data feed
To have Poleepo communicate with ManoMano Pro, you need to configure the datafeed generated by Poleepo in your ManoMano Pro account.
a) Copy the datafeed link to insert into the toolbox
After activating the configuration, a new field containing the URL of the datafeed created by Poleepo will be available.
Click the "Copy" button and follow the instructions below.
( Also remember to disable any manual changes for all products in your Manomano Pro catalog directly from your account.)
b) Enter the datafeed URL on ManoMano Pro
Access your ManoMano Pro Toolbox and in the left menu select “Catalog > Automatic Upload”
In the “Product import URL” section, enter the datafeed URL copied from the Poleepo configuration and click on the “Test connection” button.
In the “File type” section select: CSV
In the “Select file encoding” section select: UTF-8
In the “Choose file separator” section, select the separator defined in the Poleepo configuration (Example: Vertical line)
Click the “Save Changes” button
In the “Offer Information” section below , repeat the steps for entering the feed for:
Price
Delivery
Stock
And for each of these subsections, enable the option: Replace the current catalog with the new version (Remove and Replace)
