To enable receiving and sending Amazon conversations within Poleepo, you must properly configure Amazon Seller Central.
Once you have copied the email address dedicated to messaging in Poleepo, from the messages > settings section follow the steps listed below.
1. Update your customer service details on Amazon (email forwarding)
Access seller information on Amazon.
Go to the marketplace you are connected to and click " Edit " under "Customer Service Details" .
Paste the new Poleepo channel address you previously copied into the 'Customer Service Email' and 'Reply to Customer Service Email' fields .
Click "Send" to send the email to Amazon and authorize Poleepo to read messages from the marketplace.
