In this guide, we'll see how to set up AliExpress on Poleepo to centralize your catalog, inventory, orders, and automation, simplifying multi-channel management and improving operational efficiency.

To set up AliExpress on Poleepo you must be an active seller on the marketplace.

Access the AliExpress configuration by going to: Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels and click on the “AliExpress” box .

By clicking "Set Up" you will be redirected to your AliExpress account login page and asked to authorize Poleepo to use your account.

Read the terms and conditions and check the "I agree to the authorization" option, enter your AliExpress account email and password, and click " Authorize ."

This way you will have correctly enabled the AliExpress configuration on Poleepo.

To create product sheets on AliExpress it is necessary to fill in the two mandatory fields required by the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation): EU Manager and Manufacturer.

You will then need to retrieve them directly from your AliExpress reserved area and configure them in your Poleepo catalogue.

Steps to follow:

4. Once created: locate and copy the Name field of each record

5. Repeat the same steps for the EU RP Management section

N.B. once the GPSR fields on Seller Center AliExpress have been populated, these will enter the approval phase by the marketplace.

The values of the Name field thus obtained correspond respectively to the Manufacturer and the EU Manager: these are the values to be included in the configuration of the marketplace in Poleepo to enable automatic pre-population on listings.

At this point, the EU Manager and the Manufacturer (the data you have previously configured in your reserved area) required by the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) are required in the configuration of Poleepo

These values will be used automatically for the creation of product tabs that do not have a specific value set.

Both fields are in the listing editing form, in the attribute section, and work via an auto-complete search: the user types part of the name and the system suggests the entities available from those already surveyed in Poleepo that will use them as default values for all listings.

You can overwrite them individually from each listing. If no value is selected, the system will automatically use the data indicated in the configuration at the time of publication.

Enable product sync to submit updates on AliExpress products or offers

Enable order download to download orders automatically and allow Poleepo to manage them

By clicking the "import products" button, the products on AliExpress that are not managed by Poleepo will be downloaded.

Each product on AliExpress will be combined with the corresponding product on Poleepo via SKU code.
