What are PoleeCoins?
PoleeCoins are " tokens " that can be purchased on the platform, which allow users to take advantage of certain features, such as unlocking pending orders and improving product pages through the use of AI.
How to buy PoleeCoins
To purchase PoleeCoins on the Poleepo platform, go to " Settings " > " Store" > " PoleeCoins".
If you pay with SEPA, it will take a few days for the PoleeCoins to be available.
If you want to use your PoleeCoins instantly, we recommend using a credit card.
Once the screen opens you can start purchasing your PoleeCoins, keep in mind that 1 PoleeCoin is equivalent to 1 Euro .
You can purchase your PoleeCoins in groups of 10 Euros , using the + and - signs , as shown in the image below, and once you have chosen the quantity of PoleeCoins you want to purchase, click on the "pay now" button and enter your payment details.
Keep in mind that you can also purchase PoleeCoin packages of 100 up to 400 PoleeCoins, saving you an ever-increasing percentage.
Once you have made your purchase, on the left side of your screen you will have your PoleeCoin credit, along with your " payment history ", " usage history " and " usage in the last 30 days ".
How to spend PoleeCoins?
On Poleepo you can spend PoleeCoins in two main ways:
To unblock blocked orders , in case you exceed the orders allowed by your Poleepo plan;
To make improvements to your product listings through the use of AI
In the first case, when you go to the list of your blocked orders, a screen will open with the orders to be unlocked (the cost of which is 0.08 PoleeCoin for each order to be unlocked) and the transaction summary (which shows your PoleeCoin balance, the Transaction Cost and your new PoleeCoin Balance after the transaction is completed).
You can also unblock orders in bulk, not just individually.
The second way to spend PoleeCoin is to make improvements to your product listings with artificial intelligence, via the " ask Paul " button, if you want to create, rework, summarize or enrich the title or product descriptions or generate and optimize product listing images.
(In this case, to use this feature, you'll need to have a minimum balance of 1 Polecoin, even if the transaction requires less.)
You will also always have a record of your remaining PoleeCoins to use with Paul.
