Prepare your product

If the product you want to publish is not yet present on Poleepo , visit This guide

Publish your product on Woocommerce

At the bottom of the product page, identify the "Woocommerce" box and click on the "Publish" button , wait a few seconds and your product will be available for sale on your e-commerce.

Check or edit the details of your publication on Woocommerce

After publishing the product on Woocommerce, you can modify some information in the publication by differentiating it from the information of the main product. (e.g. if you want to change the category, sell your product at a different price, apply a discount percentage, use a different description than that of the main product, etc.)

Click on the “Detail” button in the “Woocommerce” box to modify the information.

What information can I differentiate from the main product?

You can differentiate the following information from that of the main product:

  1. Name (Title)

  2. Category on Woocommerce

  3. Descriptions (Short and Long)

  4. Selling price

  5. Sales Price Percentage (Sales Percentage of Price on Poleepo)

  6. Set a discount (as a percentage or fixed price)

  7. Product weight and size information.

Align the information on the product on Woocommerce with that of the Poleepo publications

If you have published the product on Woocommerce via Poleepo but have modified some information about the product directly in the Woocommerce BackEnd, click on the "Align with WOOCOMMERCE" button . All information will be aligned with the Woocommerce publication on Poleepo

Update the publication

Once you have changed the information, click on the "Update" button to make the changes immediately effective on your product on Woocommerce.

Align with Woocommerce

By clicking on the "Align with Woocommerce" button, Poleepo will align the information on the platform with that found on Woocommerce. This function is useful if, for example, you have made changes directly on the back-end of your e-commerce site and want to report these in the Poleepo publication.

Common mistakes

If after publishing/updating your publication you notice errors or alerts, consult the dedicated section on Publishing Errors on Woocommerce
